Good afternoon AM,
I had a question regarding duration of anti-estrogen natty supplements.
So I’ve been running Test1fy with Nolvadren XT for a total of 8 weeks.
Can the ingredients in True Shred be used right after or should I wait 4 weeks before starting it?
My primary concern is regarding the anti-estrogen in Nolvadren XT and whatever arimistane? is in True Shred. Would 12 weeks straight be an issue to someone who’s new to these type of supplements?
