Question about receiving supps

I'm just trying to get alphamaxxt and am already out over 90 bucks in my effort.

Does anyone have history of receiving supps from NutraPlanet. I ordered over a week ago and no shipping status, they don't answer the phone, don't respond to email, nor message, never in a chat. I'm 0-2.
My first was get ripped nutrition, but the owner or someone got shot in a murder suicide, so I'm waiting on that one for a while which is understandable. The NutraPlanet pisses me off.

Is it a scam?
 
I have not ordered from them before so you'll have to see what others say...
 
Just picked it up locally at nutrition corners. Now I have to cancel both from my credit card company. They will prob be like.. "stop buying supps online."
 
Never had a problem with NP before. Then again, i dont order from them anymore because theyve kinda fallen behind the times.
