Question about PH/DS gains and the Anabolic Diet

I guess it's a matter of which hormone is better for building muscle, insulin or testosterone? I'm posting this to get a clearer understanding of how they work. Take the Anabolic Diet for example, for four to five days a week you would eat like the keto diet, high fats, moderate protein, very low carbs. Then, during the weekend the diet switches to high amounts of clean carbs more than anything. The perk to this is that this kind of diet has been show to raise natty test levels, so one could build muscle from it as long as they weren't cutting calories so much. But, carbs spike insulin levels, and insulin shoots glycogen and water etc to the muscles making them swell and appear larger due to excessive glycogen and water retention. One could gain "size", not true lean mass, but still size from this way of gaining.

Now, what if one were to use a PH like a SD clone which is famous for giving big gains in glycogen that are fairly easy to keep. Then do the anabolic diet which would be using the benefits of both natty test gains and insulin gains while running a strong PH like Mdrol or Phreak (SD clones) to reap the benefits of both? I'm aksing bc I just started trying this, but was curious what the experts thought.
