Break your meals up into 5-7 small meals a day if you don't already. Eat every 2 to 3 hours. if you keep the fire burning so to speak the nutrients will be used properly and not stored as unwanted fat.
I recently came off a short bulking cycle and had a little bit of unwanted fat in my midsection. I cut out unwanted sugar and fat from bulk diet and got the timing down on my nutrition.
Actually probably taking in more calories now but since the meal timing is better Ive noticed a leaner midsection but still gaining weight slowly.
A good rule of thumb though is to divide up nutrition like this: 40%protein, 50%Carbohydrate, 10%fat. Not sure how close mine is to this though, I don't keep track that closely.
