Question about free testosterone

Hello everybody!

I came to this forum mainly because I couldn't find an answer to my question anywhere. So, today I went to test my testosterone level and the problem is that results are only free testosterone (I think so). By the way, I'm 18. If someone knows about ''good'' free testosterone ranges or could give me an advice on what to do, then I would be happy to hear them. Nevertheless, here is the result:

Testosterone: 4.10 ng/mL
Reference range: 2.70 - 15.00 ng/mL

Your low clinically and probably symptomatically.

4.1 ng/ml = 410 ng/dl

This sounds like a total testosterone number.

Which company did the blood testing?

Well I'm from Europe so I think it doesn't matter that much. Thank you for clearing that out for me, those numbers always confuse me :)

Your low clinically and probably symptomatically.
Next step is to find out why?

I don't have any symptoms other than my baby face. This fact could mean that I have low T. But also, I'm very lean at 7 or 8% BF at 180 pounds. So basically I gain muscle just by looking at weights. That could mean that I have high T? Seriously, I can't figure this out. Ask whatever you like, I would like to come to a conclusion on what to do about it

Your trying to plug holes in the bucket which are not there.
You need to have symptoms of low T or other issues.
Even if a person T is low I will not recommend treating it just because.

If you can
wake up in the morning feel energetic
have energy to work out
concentrate good
have good mood
Good digestion
Sleep good
handle stress well

Then you are looking for something is not there.

When you are 30-35 with baby face then you will be thankful for it so stop complaining and go out and live life tothe fullest
