question about ending HCG early?

I must be seriously out of my mind or something... First, I get 25ml of gear, expecting to get at least 12wks pinning twice/week, but end up with only 9wks, so I had to get more. Fine, I probably drew more than 1ml each pin and didn't account for the dead space, or perhaps the gear was slightly under-filled which I doubt. Next, I get 5,000iu of HCG, dilute it with a total of 5ml of BA NaCl water, expecting to get 10 pins w/ 50iu slin pins. almost no dead space, made sure I didn't draw more than I needed per pin. perhaps I drew 52iu, but whatever. I end up using all of it after 8 pins... so I somehow used 25% MORE than I planned, which is impossible since the max draw on the 50iu slin pin might be 55iu's, or 0.55ml. no idea what's going on, FML

So anyways, I'm one week short on HCG until PCT. I have more HCG, but 5,000iu, which I would rather not waste for the sake of getting 2 more pins. (500iu 2x/wk). I've been on HCG for 4 wks at this dose (i know, started late because I didn't initially plan on using HCG)

I've seen people pin massive amounts of HCG right before or during PCT, but I chose to use the lower dose approach. theoretically, I should be okay just skipping the last week.

What are all you thoughts on this?
 
from what I've read, PCT should not have HCG use... I've read people using 250/500 bi-weekly during cycle, and stopping right before start of PCT, I've also read about people using 1000iu daily for 10 days after last pin, 3 days off, then starting PCT.

Using 1000iu a day during PCT has pretty much been dismissed by most everyone in the know these days. If I were to go on PCT, I would continue using 250-500iu a week, just like I did on cycle, right through PCT.
