Question about DTH and test levels

I've been using DTH (240 ct) for a few months now with some breaks in between. For the first 6 weeks it was great, but since then it's been much more hit and miss. Sometimes I take it and feel the full effects, sometimes I take it and feel almost nothing at all. For example, about a week ago I started taking it again after having a short break, I was only taking a low dose but it worked absolutely fantastic for 3 days, then on the fourth day I took 4 tabs before working out and almost immediately I noticed that my penis had shriveled up, my balls had become atrophied, my sex drive was gone and my motivation/drive/alpha mentality had completely disappeared. What the hell happened? That was two days ago and I've been dosing regularly since then and the tabs are having almost no effect. Why did my elevated T levels drop so much as soon as I took another dose? Is it because my hormone levels became imbalanced causing the T levels to drop? How can I get around this and maintain high T levels? I want to feel the effects of the DTH all the time, not just some of the time. Before I started taking it my hormones were fairly stable but now as well as the positive effects of the DTH, I also have these horrible "down" periods like what I just described.

If I recall correctly the instructions on the bottle say that if DTH loses its kick you need to stop use for about a week, because your body is going to try to achieve equilibrium with anything.

Yeah, good point. But what could cause it to lose its effect completely and totally, and actually leave me feeling much worse than before I started taking it? I tried stopping for a couple of weeks and then starting up again, it didn't help. After its effects wore off, a lot of the time when I took the tabs they made me feel worse. I would take a dose or two, feel great for a while, then take another dose and almost immediately start feeling like crap. The only thing I can think of is that I drove my estrogen too high and I might need an anti E, because ever since the DTH wore off I've been getting severe symptoms of high E. Do you think an AI would help?

how many were u taking at a time, it seems ur dose might have been 2 high for your body. If your on the 240ct and see those effects where it either works either really well or not at all, reduce your dosage like take 2 tabs a day and go from there.
