question about bulk items?

if i buy in bulk powders from nutraplanet...do they come with a scoop? or how do i measure our like 3 grams (i dont have a scale)

None of the bulk powders I've bought have come with scoops but on the label it will say how many milligrams/grams per 1/4 teaspoon (ex. 1/4 tsp = 800mg).
