Question about bpc 157

I have golfers elbow and was thinking about trying Bpc 157. My question where do you inject ot should near the injury correct

But is not supposed to be in the muscle is what I was wondering

I did "sub q" for my hip/back a few years ago. But just stuck it straight in with the slin pin since I am fairly lean
