question about BioPerine

BioPerine is a supplement extract from a black pepper fruit,what is does is it may increase the bioavailability of some vitamins,herbal extracts , antioxidants,amino acids and minerals.my question is that lets say i take a pill that has bioperine in it,will it only increase whats in that pill or will it increase other pills as well?so exsample,i take pill A with has bioperine and also take pill B with doesnt have bioperine at the same time.would the bioperine incease whats in pill B too?thanks

Most definitely will increase the absorption of anything its taken with, much like naringin, a grape fruit juice extract, it blocks enzymes it the liver that deactivate many compounds by binding to them.

This week be unbiased in doing so, making anything that is typically easily bound by that enzyme absurd at a much higher rate.

For this reason many scrip meds have warnings on them stating that they should not be taken with grapefruit juice. Three same caution should be heeded when taking these kinds of supplements.
