Question about an Epi clone

So I came across a product from Vital Labs called Epi 2a3a. It claims to be an Epistane clone, and has great reviews, but the actual chemical makeup listed on the bottle and all the websites isn't the same as supps like Havoc or the original Epistane. The first part of it is the same, but the second half is completely different. What's the deal here?

It's the same thing. There's multiple ways to write all of the compounds nomenclature.
