Look into that bread by brownberry I told Bob about. They make 2 versions a double protein with 16 grams in 2 slices, its a multi grain. I believe there is a good deal of fiber in it as well. You can make a natty pb sandwich to take to work.
They also make a double fiber version, not sure on the protein content of that one. Or they make an oatmeal bread. They all taste great and keep me regular.lol
