Query about training

Hello peeps.

I start this off by mentioning that I am 19 y/o. I started lifting around 5 months ago in summer 2017. I have gained around 17lb in 2.5 months (All natty btw). and I have stopped lifting since then. Anyways, I am returning back to training and I am confused whether to do a Full Body routine or a Split routine. My goal is to gain muscle mass and hit 185-190lb as I am 172lb, 6'2, ectomorph and around 11-12%bodyfat right now.

Can you guys suggest me a good workout routine sample to work with based on your recommendation whether it is Full Body or Splits.

Personally splits have always worked better for me. Focussing on the compound moves and then moving on to more focussed and isolation movements to zone in on the muscle.
 
I would also go with a split routine. Look into upper, lower or push, pull, lower. It gives you the perfect balance of hitting body parts more than once a week, but also put a bit of focus into a body part. Sometimes indulge in a pump, by adding in extra accessory work.
