I am very confused, I have the softgels and it says:
Serving size 4 softgels
1.5grams.

Although I dont have them capped, on the capped bottles I know it says serving size 2 caps 1.5grams.

This implies that the caps contain 750mg each and the softgels contain 325mg each.

On the website it says do not exceed 3grams or 4 caps per day.

Whats confusing is both bottles have the same dosage, 2-4 caps/softgels per day. :wtf:
 
all of them, they all have the same directions, and I just found out the ingredients for the softgels and caps are diffrent.
edit: the formulas listed on the patent are only examples for legal purposes and not the actual quantities and ratios.

I contacted AAEFX.
The softgels are 350mg and the caps are 750mg.
Upper limit for softgels is 8-9 a day, and caps are 4 a day.
 
You could take more than that. I have caps and have exceeded to 6 caps a day just to see any difference. I don't know but it's no problem if you do 1-2 extra caps or softgels extra.

Did you get any side effects? This is my 2nd day on them and I have noticed I am urinating more.
