Q and A for Olympus labs EP1C

I can at least promise an honest review when I'm done with it, I may even log it but still undecided. If I can afford it I'd love to pick up a second bottle and make this an 8 week run.

About 2.5. I am running this 2 caps preworkout 1 cap off days. I think this dosage should work to A. make the bottle last longer B. Have even more benefits in endurance that 600mg provides. Will be running this till my D1methadrol run in sept. Epic will continue to be an off cycle staple.

Are some epic caps white and others colored? My new bottle I just opened has white caps and i could of swore the first bottle had purple caps.

EP1C has always been clear caps. I think a competitor had purple caps you might have been using their products.

My mistake then. I got this bottle from a friend that has used various suppliers and he must of consolidated bottles at some point. Sorry for any confusion.
 
My caps are all white..... Anyways If I am not logging a product I rarely go out of my way to talk about it, which I admit is selfish on my part. However this product needed to be talked about and the ingredient in general IMO may be THE BEST natural bodybuilding supplement I have ever used, and I don't think I am going out on too much of a limb to say it's up there with some of the PH's/DS I've used.... What I notice from the product (I honestly use 1-2 caps a day, if I take 2 I take 2, if I take 1 I take 1, still mind blowing results in my case.) The real benefits start to come at around the 10-14 day mark... First and foremost I want to say I am a smoker, it's an awful habit, I need to quit, but I bring it up because when I use this product I notice I am able to breathe much better throughout my workouts, and during any activity.... The fatigue preventing qualities are up there with test IMO, I can work out forever and not tire... I can be drenched in sweat jut done over 20 sets for 1 muscle group and question if I even worked out... now both of those benefits are all good n well, but now to the important stuff.... Strength gains start for me the second week, and it's not just like an added rep or 2, on some lifts it's a 20lb difference from before I started... The re-comp effects, yes I said RE-COMP effects, I have leaned out while using this product, and to be honest the first week my diet was (by my standards) terrible.... Gains in LBM, first of all you get phenomenal fullness and pumps from this ingredient/product that lasts well beyond the gym.... On top of that I look noticeably bigger, and it's my own wishful thinking, its people telling me this... So again, this^^^^ is not something I would typically write unless I was sent the product to log, I just felt the need to go out and spread the word even more about this ingredient, and this product. This will be my Epicatechin product of choice from now on as it is simply at this time the best bang for my buck.... So thanks to Olympus Labs for making this properly dosed, affordable Epicatechin product!

I've been on ep1c for a month on just one cap a day and the results have been great. I get stronger every time I hit the gym, and I've been doing this a long time, I get 2-3 reps on every exercise each time I go in. I have gained about 5 lbs and I am getting leaner as well. I'm on keto, and the pumps have been amazing, (usually the pumps on keto suck). Everything everyone is saying about the endurance is true too, my endurance is way up. I would easily compare this to my old favorite prohormone 1AD for strength. I'm going to ramp up my dosage to 2 pre workout and 1 on off days. I am probably going to stack this with alphamax to try to dry out more, but wanted to run this solo to see what it would do. Keep up the good work Olympic Labs!

When did you first start noticing changes in the mirror? Also are you taking your pre workout dose with or without food?
 
^^^^ I know u asked someone else, but I always take my dose/s with a protein shake (I remember someone writing how taking with one of the BCAA's, Leucine If I remember correctly) would in theory make it work better, and I drink shakes anyways when I would be taking my doses (1 cap AM 1 cap 1-1:15 pre workout), I noticed fat burning and muscle building, well basically all the benefits at around the 10-14 day point, As did anyone else who saw me before and after this point.... If I was only allowed to chose between taking an (-)-Epicatechin product or creatine for the rest of my life, this would win hands down, I personally think it's the best non hormonal ingredient I've ever used, and as I wrote a few posts above is as good as some of the PH/DS I've taken when I factor in all the benefits of this ingredient... I can tell you this much using a PH/DS with (-)-Epicatechin is flat out awesome!

Sounds awesome, I've had my bottle of Ep1c for a week and am very tempted to start. I've only had one PH run and it was a 6 week Halo cycle, im not expecting the same results but I'm curious to see how this stacks up. If I can finish a 8 week run of this with a few lbs gain I'll be more than pleased.
 
Visually probably about a month. I noticed the strength increases immediately, and I've noticed more since going up to 2 caps preworkout instead of 1. I take it about 30-45 min preworkout. I used to sip on BCAAS during my workouts, not so much anymore since I've been on keto. The strength increases are getting pretty crazy..

How come Ep1c has 2x the amount of capsules and each cap has at least double the amount of epi of Follidrone? And it costs less? Do you guys use a lower quality epi or is follidrone just a rip off because it seems like 1 or the other. I just bought 2 follidrones and I feel like i didnt get the most bang for the buck?

EP1C and Follidrone both have 60 capsules. EP1C is not a prop blend and uses the highest grade extract which was measured at 94% pure. It's just overall the best valued epicatechin product on the market. You can read a number of reviews on it already.

Is it higher grade then follidrone? That guy Brundel posted on another site that follidrone had a little over 100mg per cap.

lol bro, just try the product and compare it that's the only way you'll know. and at the sale price it's at and the fact that one bottle can last 2 months i think i know which one i'd get...

Ep1c is g2g....I transitioned to Ep1c once I finished my bottle of BLR Foli - I am seeing the exact same results in the gym - pure awesomeness!!
 
It's so good! My friend is only taking ep1c with nothing else and he is way more vascularwhich didnt even seem possible since he's so low in bf
 
I just wanted to chime in and say.... I have gained 20 lb of what appears to be lean muscle mass on an 8 week bulk, using EP1c during the last 4 weeks of that bulk. And the last 4 weeks is when I really shot through the roof. Before and after pics are in my "guess my bf %" thread.
