I found what he had to say about breakfast very insightful. I am going to try eggs with veggies for breakfast and see how it impacts my current cut. I have been doing the oatmeal with whey and 1/2 cup of Fiber One. The Fiber One helps to jumpstart my system... :dump:
 
The last couple of days I've switched my first and second meals around, having fish or eggs with mixed veggies (brocc, green beans, cauliflower, carrots) as my first meal instead of second, and I do find that my energy seems to be higher in the key afternoon period of the day. The only problem arises in cooking up said food in a delirious morning state :yawn:
