Probably asked, any abdominal bloat?

Me too, enough that I notice it, but not enough that it is not visible under my shirt. As much as I love the muscle fullness this is definitely a bulking product for me (not one I would necessarily run during the summer). However I will state that I had some love handles when I started Orig1n, so I can't blame it for everything, just that my midsection does seem to stick out a bit more. I had thought about taking a break and going on a major cut, getting back lean, then trying it again to see how I handled it.

It should have GI emptying effects, so I don't understand how you could get a bloat.

I can see that the improved digestion would lead to GI emptying effects, but some products also achieve that improvement through reduces gastric motility. Many also noted a reduction in the amount of "deposits" in the bathroom. It has to go somewhere :)

If your stomach sticks out slightly further than your abs, you may see initial bloat IMO because of the muscle fullness it provides to you abs idk.

In my case my abdominal region sticks out more (than before), but there is no difference in the visible aspects of my abs (pro or con). It could be an increase in visceral fat, or it could be something else (more likely due to how quickly it came on). This is also why I plan to take a couple of weeks off the beginning of March, just to see. :)

Increased calories during your run, by any chance? Could just be more food in your GI tract. As Tyler stated, it should improve digestion overall, but that doesn't mean that food you ate just disappears...there's still mass in your digestive system.

LOL, will do. I also have some Sup3r-Shred and Sup3r-7 coming the end of this month. I was going to stack them for a month to see how they played together, then drop the Orig1n and continue the other 2 for another month.Then probably start back up Orig1n. Or something along those lines. A lot depends on when the other supps arrive and where some upcoming family events fall, not to mention how well I respond to them :).
 
Same abdominal distention issue occurred with me as well. Loved the other aspects of the product though!

This is the other factor for me stopping, however I do miss the pumps. I bet a lesser dose like 1-2 caps would still provide generous pumps and maybe reduced bloat

No its bloat, I did feel bloat while on it , it is expected tho with the increase hunger I have noticed and amount of food I ate

I noticed a little bloat at first until I mini cut to where my abs were visible, and that solved everything! Lean gains from then on.

It actually does matter, I can eat forever on Follidrone 2.0 and not gain fat. Infact many report weight loss on it eating at a surplus.
Or1gin just didn't deliver for me over 8 weeks and around 7 people on the last 2 pages of this thread experienced bloat which wasn't even hinted at on the initial write up.
Very disappointed with this product and won't be using again. Not one of OL's better products imo but that's life

A few have reported bloating but many have used Orig1n, so I definitely like the odds. If you get bloated, it something due to your diet! Actually the last person to report bloating even followed up saying their diet was terrible.

Anyway, Almost 3 months on Or1gin and honestly, It did very little for me. First weeks I felt more energy and appetite increase. (Placebo? I dont know). But thats it. My training routine and diet is pretty good.

I didnt experience any better sleep, strength increase etc like other are reporting.

I did experience nice Pine burps :D

But I dont blame the product. There may be many reasons why it didnt worked for me and some of reasons may be to high level of CYP enzymes.
I remember when I had tooth issue. Doctor gave me Tramadol and this is not lie, i took 2 and it didnt worked. 1 hour later I took 2 more. 1 hour later i took 2 more. (After 10 tabs) i felt little bit pain reduction while my friend had same issue and used same medicine. He was wasted after 2 tramadol :D

Gotta love how they blame the persons diet when all else has failed. Nothing wrong with my diet buddy.

I wasn't blaming your diet per say, but trying to help and figure out what the problem is. Not saying you are, but a lot of people tend to see past the positives & see negatives only. For me, net balance was winning. Sucks that you didn't see the same thing.

As I use to say:
Dont expect anything from a product if the diet and workout routine is crap. Even anabolics will give just limited gains.
 
Update: my wife's been using this for 6 weeks now and hasn't noticed anything positive or negative that wouldn't occur with just proper nutrition and training. She'll finish the last couple weeks she has just to make sure.

It balanced out for a win for me too.

Never said I wasn't enjoying the product, just there is bloat unrelated to diet in my experience. Only way to be certain is drop the product which I will in about 3 months and see what's up for sure.

Exactly and also my same plan.
 
For me the bloat appears to happen if I dose and eat immediately, without waiting 10-20 min, it has happened a few times by mistake and also on heavy carb meals. Rest of the times seems to be OK.

Again, no sleep improvement however I do feel somehow more muscle fullness.

I'm finishing soon the 3rd bottle and have another one on the way.
 
Since we're gathering all the feedback in this thread:

Just a quick review. Just finished 8 weeks of orig1n. About 5'9" and started at around 170lbs. Stayed at maintenance calories or slightly above. Dropped about 4 lbs scale weight and noticeably leaner. Measurements are up slightly and strength increased throughout the 8 weeks in terms of reps and or weight. Was shooting for a bit of recomp and adding a bit of size. I'm old and have been training consistently for too long to count. I would call it a success and would recommend the product.

I'm done with my 3 month run , what I experienced is
more energetic while being on pct which normally I feel like $hit
pump and muscle fullness was BADASS
kept a big portion of my strength increases from cycle no stomach discomfort even when eating huge portion of food and heavy a$$ carbs meals.
bloat is there just to clarify nothing crazy but it was there.
all in all will be running again on pct, and I recommend it to all my friends want to put on size
 
Just don't understand, great muscle fullness from water and glycogen is going to cause some abdominal bloat or muscle fullness. Muscle fullness does not just occur everywhere but your abs.

Well if your carbs are high enough to keep you full and low enough to prevent spillover, you should be full & dry.
 
Any of the ingredients harsh on your hair in or1gin?

After a couple of months on Orig1n I have not noticed any reduction in hair volume or change in my hairline. And at my age I am very happy for that for any reason :).

No study directly linking these ingredients to hair follicles regeneration (I said "may" indeed), but an increased expression of IGF-1 messenger RNA levels in the Dermal Papillae is associated with scalp hair growth.
DP cells from balding scalp follicles were found to secrete significantly less IGF-1 than their non-balding counterparts. The downregulation of IGF-1 may be one of the important mechanisms contributing to male pattern baldness.
Impaired ribosomes(vital for cell growth and survival) biogenesis also seems to be involved in AGA.

Lol it is! I thought I was balding when I was 20 in the Army because my birth mark is a patch of blonde hair on top of my scalp. People would ask if I was balding....so I was young and dumb and hopped on propecia and Rogaine...eventually said screw it and stopped after a couple of years.

I'm almost 32 and still have all of my hair lol...paranoia is a helluva instigator.
 
Right before bed within 30 mins of my largest meal (post workout).

I did gain a bit of fat but was in a min 500cal/day surplus. Considering my surplus it was much less than I expected

Finishing my third bottle of Origin in about a week.

Started Ghar1ne 10 days ago @10mg still...

Since I added the Ghar1ne, sleeping has been even better and the pumps/vascularity have been amazing... like I was on Endurashred... and I'm only training half throttle due to some injuries...

I had my mesurements taken professionaly in 14 spots yesterday.
I was up 4lbs just muscle and I decreased 1.5% bodyfat!!
The weird thing is I'm eating everything I shouldn't... cakes, ice cream, chocolate, etc... I eat whatever I enjoy...
The only thing that changed was the Ghar1ne and I can workout a bit better and with normal frequency due to feeling better from neck injuries...
In December I only did like 6x workouts the whole month instead of 6x / week...

I'm deciding if I go for the 4th bottle of Origin or if I go back Ep1c or try ARA or Str3nght...

What do you guys think would work better with the Ghar1ne?
 
What's the neck injury/has that been addressed by a professional? I probably would have gone osta over gharine for assisting with tissue healing though, but I don't know if you wanted to avoid anything suppressive given the rest of the stack.

But not now... I'm even trying to delay a 8-12 week of KB to the Spring and perhaps I do again some Osta or/+ Super-4 just before summer...

I've heard OL is bringing back some Halo. Any news?
