I was actually thinking of double dose or1gin because I dont feel much from it after 2 bottles.
Energy and appetite increased first weeks and went back to "normal".
Well, the double dose at least made me notice the effects, which is nice.
However, the label says "do not exceed more than 3 capsules in a 24 hour period".
So, I don't know if it could bring some sides if you do that for, say, a month.
Any OL rep could say which sides could happen?
But allow me a digression here.
I don't use supps based on people's feedback or even on results I notice on myselft.
Really don't.
I read the research as much as I can. If it has solid data or, at least, is promissing, I'll take it.
I do this because very few supps you can actually perceive it's effects as they grow very slowly in a day-to-day basis.
It's very hard to notice that.
Even an experienced forum member told us few days ago that he thought certain supp was complete garbage as he didn't notice anything from it.
However, when he look at a picture of himself a month ago, he saw that his physique has changed quite a bit!
So, there is so many variables at play like not noticing, placebo effect, changes in nutrition/training/sleep etc, other supps been taking at the same time,
all that make almost impossible that a person make an umbiassed and relevant conclusion.
Myself included, by the way.
If I take a supp, and have great success, it may not be it, but the nutrition/training/rest.
If I have bad results, it is, again, problably the nutrition/training/rest
So, how will we ever know if it works?
I prefer to rely on the research.
If the MOA seems good, if it has double-blind placebo controlled trials, if it has human data (if they have experience in lifting, even better) etc.
Obviously, most research on supps are quite incomplete, but at least is some info taking from a better controlled environment etc.
Anyway, just my way of thinking, although I know it may have its cons.
