Q & A FOR OR1GIN

Seems like carb metabolism MAY be higher. I'm unsure atm, but seems as glycogen storage varies quite a bit. But I must say that days In which I feel like glycogen is lower, it's still WAY more glycogen storage than before Orig1n.
i have to say the muscle fullness is awesome.

Got a bottle of origin on the way finally. Had to wait to finish up other products so I could really see this work solo. I do keto and train fasted sooo it'll be interesting to see if this make me hypo at all seeing as how it metabolizes sugar as stated above. I'm sure it's been asked and answered here but what would be most advisable dosing for IF Keto fasted training. I eat one small meal (200-300cal) and one giant meal (1400-1600) daily

I was being a bit sarcastic ...should not make you hypo.

I would take one before the small, two before the largest meal if you want to maximize the nutrient partial ingredients effect. I personally took one cap on an empty stomach on days I had a 2 meal split. I still saw good strength/fullness from that approach.
 
Just finished my first bottle of Or1gin (have 2 more) and I enjoyed the product in terms of muscle fullness, digestion, etc. Unfortunately, I have noticed an increase in anxiety as well as HR and have stopped for the past few days. Anxiety and HR are both back at baseline and of course lost the muscle fullness and other positive benefits. Curious if anyone else has experienced the rise in anxiety and HR?
 
Almost 4 weeks on Or1gin and I cant say my sleep or anything has improved :)
I noticed amazing appetite in the beginning but I have stopped using all my supps (PA,Creatine etc). Appetite.decreased after I stopped with big PA dose.
I have 5 more bottles so its not stress :D

My appetite increase wasn't as noticeable after the first 2 weeks. Strength gains keep coming though.

When i use soy lecithin granules appetite get ridiclous.

Sounds good. If doing empty stomach that would be pre workout/upon rising for me.. that good? Then 2 prior to post workout feast

I will let xtyler and NoAddedHmones weight in with their thoughts but that's what I did some days and did not experience a significant difference in efficacy.

You can try that method, although I much prefer having orig1n before meals. Its not really the efficacy of the product but rather the potential to feel funny (slow, lethargic) having it in a fasted state. This is going to be individualistic though.

I must say that recovery is getting more pronounced after 6 weeks (I think). I can barely tell that I worked legs yesterday, so i guess I'll crank up the volume.
 
how are your guys dosing this... is it okay if i dose this and m test at the same time

3 caps per day, 1 cap 10-20 minutes before 3 largest meals is recommended. I take before meals spread evenly throughout the day (i.e. Breakfast, lunch, dinner).

For progress stats: I had measured my arms about a month before starting Orig1n, they were 14.75", I just measured them this afternoon (8+ hours after my workout) and they measured 15.5" (I am at roughly the 7 ~ 8 week mark taking Orig1n).
 
I was hoping I could start my Origin this weekend because I got a shipment notification yesterday, but it still hasn't made it to the post office it seems. Nice tease guys ?

Yes, when I was on my normal split I noticed an improvement on my lifts, not monumental, just 5 ~ 10 lbs increases. I have a bum shoulder (reconstructive surgery a couple of years back, but never fully recovered). So that is a limiting factor. But my incline DB press went from 45s to a comfortable 50s (3 sets, shooting for 15 reps). Not earth shattering, but definitely no strength loss. I just started HST 2 weeks ago (first time trying it), so we will see where that takes me

I did increase my caloric intake significantly, spurred on by Orig1n induce hunger and better digestion allowing me to eat more w/o feeling bloated. I have seen similar size improvements across all body parts (chest, shoulder, back and legs). Unfortunately the only measurement I have is my arms :(. But my wife even commented that the "new muscles" look good. I think she used the word "pretty", but at my age and legnth of marriage, I will take that with a smile :).

little bummed out hearing this as ive been sold on this product based on the feedback I have heard. im hoping I respond well to this product.

LOL, I know...a comment like that in a long term relationship sounds just extraordinary :dance:

Unless you started Orig1n and a massive bulk diet at the same time after a long starvation, that's not just "fullness".
