Both flavor are available in Endur3 & Endur3+. although I haven't tried Endur3+ I don't think the carbs will affect the flavor to a great extent.

I would not count on it. A lot of our staff were devoted to our booth at the Arnold Expo so we are trying to get back in the swing of things today. There is quite the number of orders to process.

I like that flavor idea for triumph:). Would fit the smooth creamy texture quite well possibly.
 
No other Tr1umph flavours are in the works but I like that idea :)
 
How come you guys have added l-tyrosine and l-tryptophan in this BCAA/EAA formula?

I am currently prescribed anti depressive medication and I wonder if their would be any interaction with this product due to the l-tryptophan content?
The amount of l-tryptophan is low, but I rather ask before buying.
I am currently taking EAA without l-tryptophan. Free form l-tryptophan is pharmaceutical grade in my country. Might get seized in customs as well.

We wanted a complete EAA matrix (hence the inclusion of all nine essentials) in a specific stoichiometric ratio.
By adding L-Tyrosine to the formula you can prevent the decline in dopamine levels and Tyrosine supports growth and nitrogen balance even in absence of a deficit of its precursor Phenylalanine.
 
I'll be putting an order in today as well! I'm thinking a few bottles of Endur3+ and maybe try an Elix1r and possibly Ignit3. But I gotta say, I tried that sample I got of Ignit3 and even 3 caps was almost too much for me. If I get a bottle, it'll last me a decent length of time.

This is exactly why I have been recommending 2-3caps at a time. It is quite potent.

Yeah I took three yesterday morning and didn't even take more later on. Sat in the car on the way home sweating the whole time lmao. I took the other two this morning before classes and that seems like a better starting dose for me, at least until I grow acclimated to the effects.
This is the wrong thread for this though lol so I'll add to the Ignit3 thread if I think of anything else!

Thats what I'm thinking cause you need a lil tartness to make it work. Raspberry Sorbet or Raspberry Creamsicle was another thought.

One full serving (2 scoops) contains clinically studied efficacious dosages of ingredients. However, a single scoop will still be effective, just to a lesser degree. Maximum benefits will occur at the two scoop (1 serving) mark.

Q & A FOR OLYMPUS LABS ENDUR3/ENDUR3+

Can you add carbs to the Endur3+ or would that be contra productive for the carb10? I like to use 30-40g carbs before my workout. Was thinking on using Endur3 as a pre workout.
 
Changed my huge OL order from SU to Endur3+. Perfect for my marathon training!

I had two seperate orders haha because I couldn't contain myself but both of them had the new products and tr1umph so is CS gonna get ahold of me tomorrow to figure it out? Because they can combine both orders to ship since they are goin to the same address

How many doses of Endure are you using per day?

I've had good results using 1.5 pumps EP1C vs the full two pumps per day. That gives an extra 15 pumps per bottle stretching it like that. Give it a shot and see how your body responds.

Its not disclosed obviously, but EPIC has a LOT of active in it. And it's phytofused.

The (-)epi in Endure won't ever replace the (-)epi in EP1C and will have an overall different effect (i.e. you won't get recomposition effects from the epi in endure). But, I've found that because EP1C is dosed so high, you can get good benefits at 1.5 pumps/day. That plus Endure should be gtg if you need to stretch out the bottle a bit.

I have bumped it up to 2 full pumps to see if there was a difference, and I'd have to say that there is, but if you want to extend each bottle then 1.5 will certainly suffice.

In addition, you need to weigh the benefit of stretching out the bottle vs your goals.

If you want to maximize strength gains and body comp. keep a full dose of EU + full serving of ENDUR3

If you are looking more for endurance and recovery, half dose of EU + a full serving of ENDUR3 will be gtg
 
Today is the second day of using Endur3 pina colada. Taste is good perhaps abit too sweet for my liking but nevertheless I like it!

You noticed anything during this 2 days? Increased endurance, pumps and muscle fulness during workout?
 
Not really I think it's too early (?), yesterday was leg day and today chest/triceps. An hour before workout on Monday I had half a scoop of Tr1umph then 30 min before I start I had one scoop of GodofWar Black, one cap EU and a cap of Hydro3. Intra workout 1 and a half litre of water with 2 scoops of endur3.

Today, again an hour before half scoop Tr1umph then 30 min later one scoop GoW Black, one cap EU and 2 Hydro3.

I'll use it as well during my long distance road cycling and see how it goes.

Okey.
Yeah, your right, might be to early to say. But the, hydromax, agmatine, schisandra and epicatechin should have a acute effect.
