Hey guys, I've ran 4 bottles of EnduraShred so far, if you have any questions about the product I'd be more than happy to explain it to the best of my knowledge and give feedback based on your reply.
The first time I ran it it was more of a recomp than anything.
Second time was a mini-cut but I saw noticeable differences in muscle retention and protein synthesis. I did much more cardio the second time and I noticed a big increase in lung capacity as well. I was stacking it with Ephedra and it was great.
