Pyruvate and Sam-e?

Just curious what kind of personal experiences anyone has had with these. I've been reading alot about pyruvate and fatloss but would like to hear from someone who's actually taken it as I am trying to research and choose non-stim cutters.

Also the sam-e. Been reading about energy, mood, joint pain relief, liver health, etc.

Opinions, suggestions, advice?
