Wanted to thank Swolbraham for the sick opportunity to run their thermogenic Pyroxamine!

I wanted to try this blend due to the inclusion of Citicholine, Hordenine and Hup A. A bunch of ingredients I love from trial testing so I knew I couldn't go wrong here.

Goal is obviously to lean up, get back to seeing some cuts and vascularity.

And typically a Saiyan's choice of going through and doing what I think I need work out

Foods
Mixed, me and the gf like to cook a lot and normally take turns but I do love beer. All types, and especially trying new ones.
So the main focus this go around will be to cut that crap out for at least a little while - and being consistent in the gym which has been difficult for me with school and work.

Day 1

Wake up
1 cap pyroxamine, handle all emails and messages for a couple jobs.

~20-25 minutes
Feeling good and focused so I get up do the morning ritual and eat a sandwich
Appetite was low it took me awhile to eat the damned thing which is good!

Walk outside and some idiot with a power washer is removing the painted lines for parking right by my car and I have all these white flakes on my car. Go to the office and let em have it, now sending someone to detail my baby.

Go to the gym and open a pack of Nitramine. Turns out it had been opened on the side so I only got a half scoop of powder and ate the other gel like substance. Tasted like Mexican candy so that was good!

Hit the Saiyan's choice today since I am restarting the cycle.

My mom noticed I only ate one bowl of this beef, green bean and potato soup she makes and a couple tortillas. She asked if it was bad since I normally eat a lot more. :P
Appetite is noticeably smaller!

Well this is my off day

Woke up at 730 took my cap and ate a pistachio muffin. These things are amazing, pistachios in every bit and the mix is top notch definitely my favorite breakfast right now

Got to work and drank a monster an hour in, not cuz I was dragging I just wanted to see sounds and get the time moving.

Got out and gf wanted to buy me sushi, I wanted phó but hey I won't turn down unagi rolls. Had miso, two very small spring rolls (my middle finger was bigger) and an order of dragon rolls and an order of unagi rolls. Hit the spot

Got home and took another cap and just chilled. Watched a little bit of a movie and had went to pick up dinner, I did well today so I had a couple pieces of Popeye's chicken with homemade red beans and rice (small choices make the difference I saved a hundred cals with that decision)

About to have another cap just to see how 3 treats me. (7 pm here)

1 shake of PES select coming up before bed but before I'm gonna own some noobs on League of Legends.

The only AYCE is like 20 minutes away but its worth it. The eel is by far my favorite

I'm sure you guys have had dragon rolls or something similar with a different name. I can order 3-4 rolls for myself!

I'm going for all you can eat afterxmas... Trying to break 60

About to go lift, after a long break

Good news is for the time being I won't be working for the moving company so I can actually lift without worrying about doms getting me fired for working too slow lol

So my road tax tag was expired and the office was closed Friday for some reason.

Just did what I could here in my room or at the little fitness facility in my complex.

Down to ~197 and people have already told me I'm looking leaner.

3 caps a day is the sweet spot to help me wake up, stay out of the pantry and get sh*t done! Normally have 1 or 2 caps at work depending on the length of shift and time.

Still eating good today has been 2 chicken salad sandwiches and I'm about to go get some coconut Greek yogurt. Will upload a pic later this week I just have to get that little sticker so I don't get arrested before I hit the gym
 
I haven't tried three caps, I did however do two. Does it keep you up at night with that dosing?

No I was completely sober!

Sat down on a couch, didn't know they put it under one of those kitchen counters with overhang on each side. Didn't know it was so low either, whacked my noggin got blurry vision, weird fluid in my nose and instant nausea. Persisted 24 hours but I am fine-ish now. Now I just have a cold lol

Woke up at 630 today

Ate a small snack and took a cap on the way to work

After a bunch of eye drops and a couple bottles of water I was semi awake and kept chugging along

Another cap at 10 with a bunch of water (totaled 6-7 bottles just at work today)

Got off relaxed and ate at home for a bit then hit the gym around 4:10

Took a sample of nitramine before I left home and by the time I got there I was ready to go.

So a couple days have passed since the last update.

I'm out of town for the moment visiting the gf's family. And all is going well, dropped to 2 caps a day and the energy is still great.

Leaning up nicely and when we are here there is no eating out at all so that helps a ton.

thanks man, the incline db is definitely my fave movement there didn't think I'd even get the 90's past 6 but that mix with the pre was golden
 
Love the incline as well, it's been tougher for me since shoulder surgery but is coming along nicely!

Friday got 30 minutes of cardio in and finished everything for radiology! Now just waiting a couple months to know if I got in or not
 
Got 2 back workouts in since last update both pretty solid.

I hit my elbow on a wall pretty Tuesday and it is still hurting and gets worse everyday so my job is sending me to get xray'd this upcoming week.
 
I am pretty sure I fractured it. Everyday it has gotten worse and my forearm and parts of my hand goes numb if I use my arm too much

if your hand is going numb (especially pinky and ring finger side) that would be your Ulnar Nerve. When I tore my Ulnar Collateral Ligament pitching (Tommy John) the first thing i noticed was my those two fingers being numb. they consistently stayed numbed until surgery as the nerve was completely displaced as well. they actually replaced my ligament and moved the nerve to the other side of my elbow, so now my "funny bone" spot is in a completely different spot, and when i forget... its brutal lol

Ya its those two not constantly just after I use my hand for a good while. My forearm/elbow have this constant dull pain that spikes up when I go to grab stuff, or any real extension of the arm.
