PWO with ergonine and high volume?

Is it safe to take a caffeinated pre-workout with these two? I've tried muscle rush, pre-surge, and my favorite contraband alone. Are those OK to take with high volume and ergonine? Also I'm taking BCAA's during my workout and love those two. I just want to make sure I'm not getting too much of anything and I'm safe about this.
 
I don't even take the full dose. Does ergonine have caffeine? I just like a little bit of caffeine instead of coffee in the pre-workout supplement seem to work well.
 
Adding a pre-workout shouldn't be an issue, you'd be fine.

I think you'd be better off going with dosing these two with just caffeine, or a cup of coffee. It'll be cheaper and just as effective as adding another pre-workout. Those two products cover all of your bases, all you would benefit from adding would be a stimulant like caffeine.
 
There is no caffeine in Ergonine and caffeine with it will not be a problem. Stacking a stimmed pre will also be fine depending on the ingredients, you may get a lot of overlap with High Volume.
 
It would be best to post the profiles of what you want to stack with those two. If you want to stack contraband with them, only take one scoop of each product
 
I really enjoyed my samples of contraband, it has a bit more than just a little caffeine:) just find a pwo that doesn't overlap in ingredients
 
As others have said, you'll be fine, just watch for overlap. Alphamine stacks well with either HV or E9 and has little overlap.
 
Alphamine + HV/E9 is solid. I add beta-alanine to either. If you use HV, you can add bulk TMG and creatine or save the creatine for post workout.
 
Just seeing this now and I see it's been answered but yes, this is fine, Ergonine stacks with most supplements just fine unless you have additional choline-containing ones but even then just separate the dose and you should be fine.

I have been adding alternatingly NO Explode and Supersize alongside E9 for about three months now. It's a good combo - I find Nanaberry goes well with fruit punch and citrus flavors, and NO Explode comes in "Blue Razz" which I match with the Blue Ice E9.

Not that it really matters all that much as I ruin the flavors of both by adding a heaping scoop of Citrulline Malate, a tablespoon of TMG, 8.1g of beta alanine, 15mg piperine, and 1g of ALCAR.

Also, if you're adding all that in to your current pwo's, you might want to consider something new. There are a lot of better options out there that contain many of the supps you are adding in.

I honestly just don't even feel it anymore, and, as cheap as it is ( I just bought 3kg for $60 ) I'm not too worried about wasting it. I make sure to supplement quite a bit of Taurine in my diet to avoid the potential negative feedback effect, and I've found that any less makes for less endurance, less reps, more DOMS, and lengthier recovery.

I, of course, built up to that slowly over a couple years. I started at one 2.7g scoop, then two, then three. I don't even get light tingles anymore, but I can certainly tell when I've taken less.

I remember when two scoops made my eyes burn, hah.
 
Certainly, I'm not recommending anyone do what I do - it's just what I do. I'm my own specific variety of ridiculous, and I don't imagine or expect anyone else to have had the same experiences that I have had that lead me to my current program.
