Unanswered Pwo and testicle pain

Recently ordered I am supreme bme and have been taking it pwo. I’ve been getting pain I would compare to extreme blue balls. I was thinking hernia but yesterday I took a dose in the AM on a rest day in place of coffe or energy drink and 30-45 mins later the pain came on hard. Also it makes it to where all the sudden I feel like I’m going to pee.

Any idea what could be the cause ?

I have been rotating focus Xt and Vasoblitz with no symptoms like this.

How has your sleep been? High stress, lack of sleep, and/or high cortisol can cause testicular atrophy (and you can feel that). Or it was a coincidence.

Sleep has been great. The only times I’ve had these pains is after dosing the I am supreme. Days I don’t take it, there is zero pain @ValiantThor08

So it has happened every time you took it? Maybe it is raising cortisol, and constricting your veins a lot more than the other 2 in rotation.

I’ve been taking reduce Xt as well. Only at 1 cap a day right now tho. Actually bumped it up to two today.

If it has yohimbine in it that could be the cause... It does it sometimes to me

Have you tried taking half dose, or 3/4 dose. Maybe do half that and half another pre workout.

This is the possibility that I thought of. I would see a doctor as this could be indicative of something more dangerous.

It's varicoceles. It happens to a lot of lifters. If your happy sacs have weird looking, coiled veins on it, then you've got it.
