Puzzled on lack of gains

Run an ai if your estro is in check then actual tissue growth cannot occur no mater how much progesterone there is.

Ive talked to lion a few times and he states that a few months treatment off cycle with letro reverses gyno!
He says it starves the tissue completley of all estrogen and it dissaptes,

Ive used it on cycle with nolva to help lipids but saw no reduction but my body still had some estro in it from the weak nolva and some aromatization.

may be worth a shot if the nolva doesnt get rid of the lump?

However say good bye to your sex drive.

On a side note nate how long did it take you to recover from your 4ad cyp 1T cyp cycle just curious?

I stopped mine and am in my 5th week of pct because balls are only 70% back but i didnt use hcg so i figure the trib/longjack combo will work if I push it out 1 more week

I was back to feeling pretty good after probably 3 weeks or so, I never really crashed at all, but I think the HCG really helped it go alot smoother. I know I actually wasnt recovered, but I was feeling good after 3 weeks. On a side note for this cycle, I have lost a little over a 1/2in on my waist and I am taking in this many calories?! Nuts.....guess I am just gonna have to try to eat more.

it's not about how much "weight" you gain, it's better to gain 10 pounds of Muscle TISSUE, TISSUE is the key word here sure you can fill your muscles up with water and be bloated but it is the muscle tissue that separates the men from the boys and i've done cycles where I've gained 5 pounds of tissue and believe me, it makes a difference over time, it doesn't happen overnight

I agree, I have no bloat at all that I can see by looking in the mirror, I have no idea why I am not bloating, thats fine with me, at least I get to keep my definition for awhile. Strength is coming along pretty good thus far. I am wanting to go get my bf tested so I can compare it at the end of the cycle, that would give alot better idea with the actual gains from the cycle.

Well, if your strength is progressing I wouldn't worry much about your weight gain....what about measurements? They goin' up, too? Try some extreme stretching and see if it helps...maybe your fascia doesn't want' to let that muscle out :D

Is it possible that my receptors could be still saturated from my last cycle?

I would not invest much thought into this idea.

Also, nolvadex is the answer to gyno not all the other drugs/substances people suggest. If being extra cautious, use the nolvadex and an AI eod.

Thought I would give a little update. I dropped my training down to 4 days a week and I feel much better than I did before, not near as run down or tired. I have gained about 2.5lbs since I posted last. Still I think that is freakin ridiculous. The funny thing is when I gained those couple pounds I actually dropped my cals to around 5200, stopped eating as much beef and starting eating alot of chicken so my fat intake is what I cut out. I am still leaning out and my bf is dropping, my abs look noticeably better as each week goes by, but damn it I want to put on some weight! This is week 6 of the cycle. I think I am gonna bump my test up to 850mg/week to the end of the cycle. I have a powerlifting meet that I am getting ready for here in 3 weeks, and 2 weeks out I think I am gonna jump my tren up to 160mg eod, then after the meet I will be done with the tren. I ran superdrol for the first 3 weeks at 20-30mg/day, and honestly didnt notice anything from it. I just started it back up for another 3 weeks, and from reading another guys post in DS's section I am going to frontload this week with 60mg/day, then drop to 30mg/day for the following weeks. I am eating as good as I can, trying to train as smart as I can and cutting out alot of the unnecessary volume that I was doing before, so I figured I might as well give it a shot and see what happens. This is driving me insane on how I cant gain. Wish me luck!

Well, I ended up lowering my volume a lot, mostly due to preparing for that powerlifting meet, just core lifts, very few accessory lifts, and kept with heavy weights in the 1-3 rep range, so I did get stronger, but didnt really grow anymore or put on any more weight. Actually now I weigh less than when I started this thread, I got sick all of last week and that put a big dent in my weight, although my strength seems just fine this week.

Last week I took it easy on the lifting since I just completed that meet and was really broke down, and now this week I have been hitting it really hard, lots of volume lol. I already feel a bit bigger due to sticking to higher reps now (4-8).

I only have a couple weeks left of this cycle and am going to keep the volume high, I think since I was at such low volume this could possibly shock my body and get it to grow some more. I have tried the low volume stuff for awhile now, and to tell you the truth I just dont think it works for me, I didnt hardly grow in all seriousness, and I was pretty loaded with anabolics. Maybe lower volume with higher reps could be better(6-8 range)?

All I know, is when I look back at my training journals the best gains I got was when I was doing really high volume, 18+ sets per body part. With the low volume I can maintain my size, but get stronger than I do on the high volume work, makes sense.

Now when I am doing my high volume workouts, only one to two sets for each exercise is actually balls to the wall, the rest are basically just warmups and not failure, just getting my body acclimated to the weight for that 1-2 ball busting sets to failure, then switch exercises.

I will post my routine that I am doing now later tonight or tomorrow, what I am thinking is 2-4 weeks of the high volume work, just listening to my body and how broke down it is then going 2 weeks on a lower volume workout. I also made up my post cycle workout which is low volume, heavy weight, and core lifts with some accessory work, not much. I will follow the post cycle workout until I feel my body is ready to up the work a little more then slowly start upping the volume. I enjoyed the powerlifting style of training, and will continue to incorporate it into all of my workouts, but I just need to get my volume up for now to grow.

high reps you'll feel fuller, bro. nutrient storage as a result of the higher reps.

lower reps, you'll lose that storage, but "usually" strength is a good indicator of oncoming size gains.

I know where you're coming from. I had the same problem. when i stopped training high volume, I lose almost 1/4" in my arms..ultimately, i started getting stronger and gaining again. I weigh more now than ever now.

U may be like me. I need frequency. So, I train each bodypart "extremely low" volume, 2x/week. The frequency really helps....but volume is still low. I usually do only one rest pause set per bodypart, adn that's it.

the size problem is nutrient storage, man...that's it. You feel "softer", right? I know, I know...I felt that way and worried my ass off for like a month. Ultimately, I stuck with it and those who helped me out were right.

I agree kwyck on the low volume but increasing the frequency to 2x per week for each body part. I have been looking at a couple programs, dont know if you guys have heard of them or not, got them from meso-rx, I believe Matt Reynolds designed these particular ones, Dual Factor Hypertrophy Training, and Dual Factor Strength Training. In ALRI's the core, in one of the previous issues Matt speaks about these programs. I really like the way that they are set up.
