True. That. One of the hardest hitting preworkouts I have had in a long time

I haven't seen to many reviews on this but the ones I've seen haven't been to positive but I think people
are trying to jump into this one at a full serving and that's a mistake. It's got a lot of stimulants so 1/2 scoop
should be the dose for the first few times and just combine it with 6 gm of citrulline malate for that pump effect.
This doesn't look like a performance pre so don't try to dose it like one and just add your performance ingredients
and treat it like a strong :eek: stimulant based pre with caution on dosing the first few times. I haven't tried this pre
yet but just going by the feedback I've seen so far.
