Saturday sucks just a heads up.. so busy you cannot move some points and takes 15-20 minutes to find and get into a bathroom. its literally shoulder to shoulder. Friday and Sunday are not as bad, i would suggeset going early saturday and then coming back later and going to train/workout and eat in the afternoon if all posisble.

Its great because you can put faces to names on boards, but you can also meet company reps that rep on these boards too and other boards you may post on ...

but dont expect miracles with the free supps and t-shirts sometimes you wait in a line over an hour to get 2 samples of protein powder.. Somethings are not worth your time.
