Loved it. I finished up about 3 weeks ago I believe, but im still doing mountain dog type workouts. No I didnt do the diet. I actualy hired a coach about the same time I started MD though.

I would love to try this stuff out and don't have a problem logging it either! Right now I'm training for the NoGI Jiu Jitsu pan am championships so training is tough and I'm sure this stuff would be a great asset from what I've seen! I'm training 7 days a week 6 days brazilian jiu jitsu, 4 strength and conditioning days with a lot of Jiu Jitsu specific S&C, circuts and Physiotraining to to minimize injuries, and at least 30 mins of cardio and yoga a day for flexibility! I expect to gain some good muscle as well as faster recovery to get through the training camp! My favorite post workout meal and desert are the same depending on if in competing or not. While competing a bowl of acai, protein powder and hemp granola. And when not competing I like the acai with granola, banana, papaya ,coconut, kiwi and dragonfruit with some agave nectar!!

Saturday and Sunday: Active Rest
Train fasted most mornings
Eat 3000 kcal/day300 gr pro
300 gr carbs (whole grain/fruit/veggies/milk)
64 gr fat (mainly from oats, nuts, MCT's and EVOO)
Goals!
6 foot 0 Current weight:176 lb 10% BF
Goal: 180 lb 9% BF, with lower abs completely exposed (sometimes I'm already there on a good day)
Current Bench 205x8, 275 1RM, Goal Bench 225x8, 315 1RM
Current squat 225x8 getting low, Goal 275 x8
Favorite postworkout meal is 4 scrambled eggs and 4 egg whites, kodiak cakes with sf syrup and ham steak
Most typical postworkout meal: 2 scoops muscle milk in 2 cups skim milk, in the shaker, out the door
Favorite Desert: Large Oreo Blizzard; extra Oreos

I hope the DAA in D-Pol doesn't make you so aggressive and angry that you stop taking it after 4 days and sell / give it away like that LG pro hormone you won. I don't say that to mock (mostly), but if increased aggression is really why you stopped that promo, you need to think twice about entering this contest because this stuff WILL work to elevate your test.

Lol I'm really psyched for this. I remember the days when purus was selling E-pol, too bad they didn't come out with D-pol until later on. That woulda been a sweet bundle :D

Lol, I always tell my students be careful what pics are on your phone or browser; imagine dying in a car wreck and some stranger trying to figure out who that dead person is, and they look at your phone and see the Channing Tatum pics. Yeah, I tell my students that lol!

I'll be doing a variation of Y3T workout. Focusing on (1) muscle group a day...i.e. Monday-Chest; Tuesday-Back; Wednesday-Shoulders. I like to go heavy for the 1st 2-3 foundational exercises and then shake it up, SuperSetting (back day for example) Incline Back Flyes w/ High Rope Pulls; T-Bar Rows w/ Speed Cleans.
I'm looking to build a nice "Thick" physique. Not so much body builder "freakish" size but enough to have people say, "that guy Works Out...I could get to that size!" Sounds retarded but there's a big difference between someone who you can tell works the heck out of the weights and someone who is pumping himself full of anabolics to achieve something the easy way.
My favorite post workout meal would have to be a concoction of tilapia, egg white, brown rice, black bean, lima bean, and jalapenos doused with ghost pepper sauce that I make daily! (make you slap your mamma!) High calorie dessert-peanut butter/banana oatmeal cookies!

I know plenty people on gear half my size bro. I know plenty that cant diet or train right. I know plenty who think the gear make the athlete not the athlete makes the gear.


Trust me in every aspect training, diet, sleep, hard work, and sacrifice equals success. You cant just pop a magic pill and then bam you are good to go. You still have to put in the work and time elsewhere. That "magic pill" just enhances your hard work.

Been hearing good things about betaine lately but never used it myself. Condense would be my first supplement containing it.
 
grab some quaker Oats and on the inside lid there's a recipe for cookies...(add desired amount of PB/Banana. personally I like about 1 1/2 cups PB/2 bananas) I also make Oatmeal/PB/Banana Pancakes once in a while...my 3 yr old Loves them.

BTW...I know all about hard work, diet, training the nines...BUT, you can still tell the difference between "Natural" and "Aided" size. Apologies to all for the perceived ignorant comment "The Easy Way".

That is true about telling the difference between natural and steroid or pro hormone, I've watched videos on it.
