Pure pf3 via prescription only now?

Secret sauce has an albumin concentrate, not an isolate. Its very different. If they literally pasted advertising.stating all is the same, they did so in error. Again, bovine serum albumin concentrate is not protein serum isolate. proliant sells a BSA with literally o% IGg.

nobody said it was the standard. enteragam is serum protein isolate and it is marketed for ibs and requires a prescription. your argument is that serum protein isolate doesnt exist in prescription and therefore MAN must be lying when they say someone who markets protein serum isolate for prescription use halted their pf3 production.

Did you NOT read my comment? I'm saying MAN copy pasta'd from the product description page in which the company (not MuscleMeds) that sold the BSA had on their own site. I did not say MuscleMeds copy pasta'd anything. I only referenced Secret Sauce because IIRC the product page for Secret Sauce or the label for the product had it listed as to what their BSA was (using a very specific term/name for the ingredient) in which I then googled and found a company that appeared to be manufacturing the BSA which MAN uses since on that company's page they had the SAME whey vs. BSA images but at an obvious native image quality rather than the lower quality copy pasta seen on MAN's page for PF3.

Also, it was DEFINITELY not Proliant. Proliant produces typical BSA used in cell culture studies use and what not. BSA is commonly used for such use cases. However, the company I was referencing was specifically selling BSA for supplementation use and again, it would appear that MAN lifted practically half of the content off that company's description page for their BSA.

what is the brand name of bsa you are referring to? also, what MAN graphic/chart are you referring to? if you found something with a similar composition, im interested. From what I remember working with MAN, they had a contract for the rights to sell the particular extract known as pf3 in the supplement world, but that the same product they contracted for was used medicinally and required prescriptions. obviously, someone else besides the makers of pf3 can make an extraction via a different method or with different, or even better percentages, and sell it independantly of contractual limitations imposed by a certain manufacturer. the way i understand it is that MAN lost their particular rights with those guys, who chose to sell what they had all to those using it for prescrption.

This was 2+ months back. I had a chuckle after looking at the page. I REALLY wished that I bookmarked the damn page.

The protein scoop image was the main image I recall except it didn't have the MS Paint arrows overlayed on top of it like MAN did with the image on their PF3 page. Also, the description for the product literally was practically word for word what MAN had on the PF3 page for the most part (explaining BSAs, etc.). The product page appeared to be from a manufacturer of the actual BSA.

Honest to goodness I REALLY wished that I had bookmarked the damn page. But ultimately, they pointed out possible therapeutic uses but were essentially selling it as a BSA is better than whey protein type deal and NOWHERE did it infer that this is some sort of medical prescription type nutrient/drug. So MAN claiming that it's prescription only would seem incredibly dubious to me. Where is there reference or proof of this prescription of BSAs? They have a HIV prevention drug out now and that's as controversial as medications can get, but that's a known quantity, how come BSAs being used as prescription only is nowhere to be found?

ok. awesome, but that was 21 months ago. alot has happened since then. 21 months ago there presumably wasnt a company that wanted 100% of the pf3 supply for prescription. also, if you saw that graphic from someone who creates pf3 even today, with no mention of it being used with a prescription, theres no reason why they would have to list it. in other words, the people who buy all of it now HAPPEN to be using it as a prescription

sorry. mobile phone. yeah, like i said though if it is the same stuff, it doesnt have to say anything about being for a prescription, since the person who has the rights to it decides on that. my point is that we cant use whatever that site says as a way to prove that pf3 is available to supplement makers, and therefore we dont have any reason to doubt MAN's claims in this matter.if we had confirmation from musclemeds that theyre using the serum protein isolate product called pf3 (which would be strange considering they state they use a concentrate on their bottle), then we would be able to disprove MAN's claims. there is, however, evidence to support their claims as prescription based serum protein isolate does exist, contrary to the disinformation being spread that it doesnt. if the site you saw has similar stuff with similar extractions as pf3, thats awesome and i hope a company gets involved with it to make a product with decent serving sizes and quantity.
 
there probably is a commercial onine for enteragam. why is this being used as a prescription hard to believe? just because a particular factory now signed an exclusive contract with a company that only uses it for purposes requiring a prescription doesnt have anything to do with any pf3 athletic benefits. the question i think you guys want to be asking is whether that contract was somehow wrested from MAN, or if they gave it up.

I'm afraid with the rid of Pure PF3 that GAMEDAY would be reformulated. I sure hope not. That's my favorite PreW.

I REALLY like their brand. I had a gripe about them for a sec a while back but it was SUPER small and petty. Not a big deal and I never really mentioned it. But now I've noticed that I can't even do replies on my subscribed threads for MAN anymore. Not to mention when I go to the company list on the AM app on my phone I no longer seen them around the companies starting with "M"... :(
 
Not exactly sure why but I have theories. They're active as a company, so don't worry about that. Just no board presence here at the moment.

no problem bro. let me know if you ever come across it though, because i want to buy some in bulk or find out who they sell to. also, im taking you up on your suggestion, as it is very economical, of biogrow at 8 scoops a day (only $80 a month!). my theory here is there should be an equal amount of bioactives doing this as there was to 15g of pf3 (although there are a few threads debating biogrow's bioactive content), although there is variation in what bioactives are present. im basically going to be looking to see if i get back into gaining a pound a week (which i did with pf3 at 15g), muscle or fat whatever, doing this. also, I noticed pf3 is still in nutraplanet's top 20 best sellers, so for me anyway that concludes MAN isnt pulling the product because of low sales

i would totally recommend enteragam at 30g to a day to ANYONE to pack on pounds. Hey honda, whyd u end up quitting anyway? You were a stand up guy in tons of those brawls. Did the cla push u over the edge?
Oh, dookie may be onto something with the find he mentioned earlier; i heard fda regs are classifying stuff with a very similar or identical profile as a concentrate. Also, alot of compabies dont want to pay for each constituent tested so u wont find igg or igf amounts or percentages listed

I'm still annoyed that I wasn't able to find that site that had basically the same image of the protein scoops that MAN used. Really annoyed.

I quit because all the products I loved that MAN made were getting discontinued / reformulated. Then whenever we had a "new" product about to hit...GLUTAMINE PEPTIDES. Not enamored with the lack of innovation and didn't like the radio silence from the owner on a lot of issues so I walked away. Not saying the product line is worthless, I just couldn't get excited for what we were offering any more.
