Pure PF3: Patent Pending Pharma Protein - Loggers Needed

Congrats guys.

If any of these guys can't for whatever reason log this. Please consider me as an alternate replacement for them.

MAN got no love when pr-xt/nxt 1st came on board...all the science guys were saying ingredients were too low to be effective:

guess what, the science guys were wrong AGAIN!!!!!

ive been messing with supps for a long time, and seen the science boys be wrong too many times to count....TRUTH!!!!!!

I couldn't agree more. there's a sickness in these forums that tells people, consumers, that they're full of it for having an experience with a product. I hold anybody's "anecdote" as sacred, whether positive or negative about something; ive had some people go so far to say that they wouldn't take a product that is working phenomenally for them without research because they wouldn't know if that was a placebo effect! in all consistency, that guy would have to be in denile about having a headache until meta=analysis confirmed it. I mean, come on! placebo is real, but most of the time the placebo group doesn't feel anything, and I would contend there are people observant enough to gauge results about their own physiology without tainting it with any kind of undue mania. at the end of the day, people are going to decide if a product is worth it when it comes to that second tub. its absurd to think some study of 10 or 40 people is going to speak for the entire population. just look at the incredible varieties in genetics!

in the case of pf3, its got great studies behind it and im glad for all the research I can get. I feel good about giving it a shot.

basically all i need science to do is tell me if i am going to be sick or die if i take something....and lots of times they don't even get that right.....i am on my 4th reincarnation already!!!!!

The guy from Mötley Crüe died of heroin, but he came back. And immediately shot heroin when he got home. Dying is overrated

With all the nay Sayers out there I am going kill this log and will even add before and after pics!! I believe in the product and the company so I'm amped to prove them all wrong

Remember at the end of the day, it's a supplement; not an instead-of. A lot of factors go into whether or not a supplement actually "works" for someone.

i once buried myself in the pet cemetary......never again

I'm ready for this in a big way. Been training my ass of over the last two years working on a broke body. What has been said from what I have read is this should be awesome.log will start upon receiving PF3. Can't wait.

amen, amen. im the same way. lost a buck or two on the way, but the finds are priceless and my training is better for it

there is a certain site that sells expired or close to expired supps very, very cheap....i have tried many supps i otherwise wouldn't have if i had to pay full retail.

as you said, found some duds but along the way found some gems.

btw-thank you MAN for what has been a most interesting and entertaining thread....much more entertainment value here than with most movies that have come out in the last 10 years, lol....but that is fodder for another day!!!!

Agreed! It has been a good one to follow and participate in. Really dug the podcast also. Well done double s!!

Considering PR XT and Nolvadren have gotten awesome reviews, I'd say nay-sayers were wrong ;)

Don't get me wrong, I respect science and try to base supplementation on science, but lets face it: the industry is largely trial and error and trying new crap to see how we feel and if we grow or change body composition. But that doesn't mean we can't use science to explain how we arrived at the ingredients and such that we did. There's give and take here.

Bottom line: we do use science in formulating, regardless of what some ppl are slinging. And our customer service is awesome: what other companies have questions go straight to the top of the chain of command? ;)

Guys like you guys in here are my kind of people :D

I'm really excited to see what PF3 does for me. I will also post before/after pics and keep detailed logs of everything.

Having been trained as a medical anthropologist, I am also a firm believer in the user experience . I understand the placebo effect phenomenon quite well, and would like to think that I can make an unbiased decision about what a product does for me. As others have said, science is extremely useful, but end user results are really what matter. I am used to my work being called anecdotal anyway ;)

This is awesome! I have a feeling you guys are going to have the entire AM family watching these logs, which is going to be exciting as hell!

We not only list all of the ingredients that make up the 75% BV - but we list what ratios they are at as well. It's in the write up.

Also - this is not Bovine Milk Protein >> the ingredient is Serum Protein Isolate.

Hey now, not everyone is being pessimistic here :P I just found the marketing behind this a bit over the top and there was a lot of insinuation that PF3 was different from Bio-Gro but the two products thus far looks to serve the same purpose and the differences really comes down to where the peptides are sourced from (one sourced it from colostrum the other sourced it from bovine milk protein) and maybe different peptide content as well as ratios (Bio-Gro has the peptides and factors listed, PF3 we really don't know all the peptides that makes up the product). Yes, they may TECHNICALLY be different (different sources for the constituents and different included peptides and different ratios) but the two essentially serve the same purpose (from the looks of it thus far).

There's also the science-y question of how one product highlights low molecular weight/mass to prevent breakdown and improve absorption whilst the other product highlights high molecular weight/mass which leads me to wonder which actually has better absorption or if this whole molecular weight/mass issue is just more marketing speak.

However, I personally can't wait to try PF3 as it looks to be a better servings to $ value. If it's just as effective as Bio-Gro, I'm going to be very happy.

1) Serum protein isolate is derived from bovine milk protein is it not? I couldn't find much info on serum protein isolate apart from it being the main ingredient in another product, so, if you can enlighten me on serum protein isolate, that would be great. TBH, first time I've heard of serum protein isolate.

2) The constituents of the BV is listed out on the 'Here's Your Protein' picture on the write up. However, I don't see it stated in the write up the ratios. However, I honestly do not really care about the ratios since that would be something I feel is ok to keep proprietary since I could see how this may be the "secret sauce" value of the product. What is stated in the write up is that the BV value of PF3 is 75% but stating that is completely different from stating something along the lines of standardizing for XYZ constituents at ABC ratios.

3) Seeing how PF3 appears to be protein rather than a product which is extracting out and packaging just the constituents which makes up the BV, could this be the reason why PF3 has the higher molecular weight/mass whilst the other product is highlighting a low molecular weight/mass? At the end of the day, if the product is effective is the name of the game, so, feel free to answer or not answer these questions. I am after all asking these questions just to understand what differentiates PF3 from Bio-Gro or if it's just two different approaches to skinning the same cat and at the end of the day it turns into a which one is a better value for the dollar.

I of course appreciate your reply. I would have jumped on the PF3 deal if I had ever received the mailing for it but now I'm just waiting for NP to start carrying it :D

just a fair warning before reading this >> I've had head cold night & have barely slept.. so if this is a bit choppy forgive me.

I'll answer your questions in the numerical order they were answered :)

1. There is zero milk in Serum Protein Isolate, nor is it derived from milk. It is derived from bovine plasma (sourcing is key here).

2. Your correct, for some reason the published amounts diagram loaded on the 1%er landing page sale, but not the public page. I just uploaded it again >> now its showing, check it out under Perfect Ratio of Revolutionary Building Blocks Chart: Invalid Link Removed

3. I have an extensive background in carbohydrates, this is why I get so excited about the molecular weight. Here is a basic bro-test: take a scoop of another powdered BV product & put it in the bottle of water >> it most likely will just sit on top of the water, but with PF3 it collects into a heavy mass-like structure & drops to the bottom of the bottle. This shows its capability of pulling nutrients to the bottom of your stomach to allow faster absorption. I know this is a bro-test but it is extremely effective in showing if something is capable of super-shuttling nutrients (of course knowing the actual dalton weight & measuring the molecular size is key for this too ).

The real absorption rate of the active ingredients in PF3 comes from the high high dose of the Globulin Complex (IgG, IgM, IgE, IgD, IgA) which are powerful anti-bodies that stop gut inflammation allowing for aborption of the bio-active ingredients & peptide protein fractions (making up the 75% Bio-Active Value).

So to simply answer your question, the engineered molecular size & structure help it pass through your small intestines fast then acts the opposite once it reaches your blood stream, due to its large size it slows down flow & allows for your body to absorb nutrients with it more efficiently (from my understanding up to 16x more - from the words of our chief scientist) >> but the real focus here should be the 58% Globulin Complex that stops gut inflammation allowing for the ingredients to actually be absorbed & not destroyed through ingestion.

Excellent reply BossMAN, I sincerely appreciate this :)

thanks for reducing this down to where even a dummy like me can understand!!!

now i am very mad at myself for not applying...:grumpy:
