I've been liking me some Bio-Gro, it actually works really really well. If PF3 is essentially supposed to be used for the same purpose (really doesn't matter to me if these peptides are sourced from colostrum or from whey/milk protein, as long as they are effective) but comes in a legit sized tub's worth, I would switch ASAP. That's the one thing about Bio-Gro, I would have to use 2 containers per month. Don't really mind the cost but I don't like the inconvenience of two tubs and this tiny hard to dig out neatly scooper.
 
We have to wean you guys off the B**G** comparisons...

A scoop pre workout and post workout would work; it can also be used intra; you could take it with meals...any time you are putting beneficial nutrients into your body would be a good time to dose PF3. Dosing around your workout is probably the best bet if you're going to do 2 scoops a day.

Yep! I'm actually using Game Day pre w/o which has PF3 and PF3 with the new MAN fermented Leucine and some BCAA's post w/o then my first food meal 30 min to 1hr later!
 
I missed it I think, but is there a profile out yet? Poked my curiosity a while back!

Really I am in the middle of a MAN log and didn't want to stack logs. Also, have another log starting after this one.
That is a list of quality AMers. I don't feel bad, MAN will get some solid and honest feedback from these guys

Good info here. I would assume that we just include the stated protein content of the PF3 in our macro tracking, and consume whatever protein amount we normally do for the log?

Here's one: So PF3 is digested easier and absorbed better. With that being said it should give the body faster growth, should help with the immune system(less stress on body digesting) and is a better protein. Now with some whey protein being a source to complete their macros what/how can one right down when using PF3? Would they stop using their whey? Would it also be good to use nightly?

It can replace a scoop of protein entirely. If you still use a whey supplement, the PF3 can be used in conjunction.

The key with protein supplementation anyway, as you mention, is to make sure you get your macros where you want them. Whether that's through whole foods or a shake here and there. The PF3 is a concentrated dose of what your protein serving should give you in terms of the "good stuff" (layman's terms). The label lists the macros as 2.5g protein.
