Hi, I was looking to order some 1,4-diol but as BDC dont do international shipping and the price at power nutrition is almost double was just wondering if there was any other way/place i might be able to get hold of some? thanks

yeah had a look at 1fast but mike only carries 1,4-dione. Does anybody know how the dione compares to the diol? cheers

i read dione seems to work better. There is a thread with the info in it when i was looking for info on 1,4andro sorry i cant remeber who started it but do a search and im sure you will find its a pritty lenghty on. Good luck man.
