2) There's plenty of guides for clen dosing. Most say start at 20mcg, ramp up to ~100mcg, stay on for 2 weeks, cycle off one week, repeat.
3) That said, I don't like clen. I don't think it's effective enough to justify the sides. I would personally rather go with cardio and something OTC like BAIBA and EC, or just go straight to mod edit: no dnp talk
