PumpX3 me the F up w/AB42

Think its a MF GAME??? pulled 730 yesterday and I liked it! haha but seriously. Strength is climbing again. Right after that I did goodmornings with 405 for reps. Hi rows and some bicep work. PumpX3d UP

It was on!!! Yesterday I officially became apart of the 600 pound bench club!!! I'm unstoppable
 
congrats...i remember how proud i was years ago when i 1st broke 300...even had a 300lb club tee made, lol. geez....thats double!!!

Been a lil slow after tweaking my back on squats... Hit Deads on Monday and ALMOST pulled a 750 ugh.... Lockout training next week. Bench today! PumpX3 is good to me :-)
 
Hey yall havnt forgot bout this... I havnt been in the gym till last update. Both my cars decided to blow their headgaskets in same week. Integra is in shop. Will be back at it Monday :-)
 
Back at it today!!! Feeling good, slight hangover but its go time... I have 2 national meets in near future!
 
Haha damn straight MARMS!!! Last nights workout I was slightly weaker but what u expect. I pulled some damn weight tho! Pump was strong in lower back and bis!!! I even had a red flush going on. Normal?
 
Hit another wall... I'm severely sick with a bacteria... On antibiotics and on road to recover. If all is well. Gym on Monday.
 
And AB is back in the game!!!! Deads tonight!
 
haha sup yall!!! So deadlifts Monday!!! strength has been significally down and I am beyond sore than I ever have tbh.... but still smashed the records for Washington with the meet I will be doing there. Im in full meet prep now and I aint holding back... no time for being lazy.
Last night focused on my bench pauses at the bottom and holy hell.... I have the power and technique but that pause REALLY dimmed down my bench ALOT... not gonna get upset about it but I have just about a month till I compete so Im not worried ;-)
As far as the pumpx3 the flavor stays delicious especially in ice cold water mmmm!!! 1 scoop on back days as the pump gets to vicious in the lower back. Two scoops for bench day and that **** swells me up like a goddamn balloon haha Nothing to complain about with this product. Lecheek delivers!!!
 
Alright!!! Yesterdays session went better then I suspected although I tried something new and sucked at it!!! Dead Bench lmao Working on that bottom end pause. How swole did I get??? Like a DAMN balloon!!! Love the looks you get when you have a good pump going on... SO

PumpX3 Final review!!! why does it have to end like this!!!

Pump: This product was PHENOMENAL in that aspect!!! Took a little while to build up but when it hit it HIT!!! They were deep muscle pumps that made me dense yet enlarged. There has been the days were it was almost too painful to move for instance awhile back when I hit biceps I had to quit cuz I couldn't even grip the bar nor turn my wrist. Great pump!!! Id recommend 1 scoop on back days and leg days tbh

Endurance: This shine for me the 1st couple weeks till I got sick. I was always to get that one extra rep if not a few more. I noticed this more on squats which is where I lag on my reppage :-) This for me started immediately. possibly the electrolyte blend???

Strength: Strength came quicker then I expected... could have been from the endurance aspect of not fatiguing so quick and being able to do more. Cant really comment much on this aspect as it was all towards the beginning then I got sick and lost a bit of strength :-(

Taste and mixibility: This stuff tastes AMAZING!!!! People say an apple jolly rancher... I disagree it tastes like an Apple O gummy candy. Smooth and not so crisp or carbonated. I did try with an apple product I had and it was delish!!! Definitely prefer it ice cold. Mixibility wasn't bad... the only thing I would complain about is how foamy it was towards the bottom which I can complain cuz theres a lot of products like that... especially BCAAs

All in All I love this product and will be running it again to see how it is over a month straight!!! For now I APPROVE this product... does exactly what it says... effective and Lecheek makes quality products... don't think ive disliked anything that yall have had. Thank you again MARMS for this amazing opportunity as you know how excited I was for the release!!! Def in my top 2 favorite pump products... I say that cuz theres another tied with it but work in different ways ;-)
 
I'll log some lecheek product on my expense for ya. I am a fan
