I hope you are joking. Arnold said what he said to make the movie more entertaining and promote it. He explained all that in the anniversary edition. The orgarm comparison, the death of his father, the smoking dope..etc. Pumping Iron was a movie, not a documentary.

Let me back up a bit, there will be increased nutrient delivery, but in a slightly different sense. The hyperemia is mainly to keep up with the metabolic demand and to help remove metabolic waste (e.g. lactic acid). The nutrients that delivered are mainly ATP and electrolytes, especially calcium.

As far as amino acid delivery and uptake is concerned, there isn't any evidence to suggest that hyperemia will lead to hypertrophy. There are many things that will lead to hyperemia, but the always forgotten element to hypertrophy is TUT (particularly the eccentric contraction). If you're seeking hypertrophy, then TUT is the most important aspect. Granted, hyperemia will almost certainly happen as a result of this, but that does not mean that any hypertrophy should be attributed solely to this. I've gotten some of the nastiest pumps of my life in my thighs and glutes from Prowler pushes, but the eccentric contraction is not there.
 
I love te pump except in the biceps..my problem is they pump too fast.. I'm talkin like fter two sets theyre full red and veins poppin everywhere it's crazii so it gets really hard to finish my sets.. So I only do two or three excercises on arms days and another two or three on chest days

It won't do anything for you. In fact increasing NO levels= decrease in testosterone.

im going to run an all pump stack....whiteblood2, agmatine, arginine e2 matrix, nitrix, plasma jet, and 4 scoops hemavol

Nitrix I was hoping for more. It didn't really do much for me. Gave me a decent amount of energy, but not any increase in pump.

What pump have u tried that was a success?

I'm just so used to looking like I was on AndroMass again and that's not the case. I was holding about 5-7 pounds of water haha...

I totally recommend you take enoxide with 3 scoops of Code Red you will get insane pumps, but it probably will enhance the pump on any preworkout, I just about finished my Code Red , so Im gonna pick up some Iforce Hemoval, I heard this one gives some wicked pumps too. Pretty much Glyco Carn , Nitrates, and anything with Agmatine will give you insane pumps.

& I've seriously debated grabbing some yok3d (just a shame with the 2-3 hour waiting window) to take with eNoxide!!

Just take it with your pre-workout meal. Actually gives a fairly decent pump. When it comes to nitrates, I'm more of a fan of APS creatine nitrate. I've found five pills pre to be the sweet spot between enhanced pumps and debilitating pumps; the kind where you know your muscle still has something in it, but it's just so pumped that you can't get a decent contraction.

well agmatine has been extremely beneficial for me at even 250mg with my whiteflood, i always get a good pump though with any pre i use, i just grabbed some hemavol/mv2 and will try that out but i still need to try that whiteblood2..i used dymatize expand with dymatize expand am/pm with good results
 
of course my pumps and vasco was insane on m1db

As far as pumps, Ive had good results with NO SHOTGUN. As with many preworkouts, the emptier the stomach, the greater the pump.
 
N.O Shotgun used to be my staple preworkout, it always delivered pretty good pumps plus it has the added 20g of protein, no other preworkout that I know has even added protein yet. The reason I switched was cause I wanted to try something new. I ve been reading about Neurocore lately also, supposedly its been giving people decent pumps since it has L-Citrulline in it which is supposed to last longer than Arginine. Plus Neurocore is dirt cheap I found some for $18 for 45 servings.
