Pump Products

Bought Vaso XT and High Volume. Have never used pump products before. Do I use them daily or just pre workout, seems most use it just pre workout. I’ve used many stim preworkouts but never a stim free pump pre workout.

what should I feel from them? Tried them each this week but not sure what they are supposed to do. Nothing was different in my workouts nor recovery.
 
Personally I use them only pre-workout but I know there are people who also use them on off days.

Well, what you should feel is an increased pump. What you should see is vasodialation and swelling of the muscles. What happens is among other things increased nitric oxide consentration in the blood that helps increase blood flow and can help push more nutritients into your muscle which in turn can aid in muscle growth and recovery.

If you dont "feel" anything then you have to look to your training or nutrition for a solution. If you are low on carbohydrates or sodium then a pump can be hard to achive. Also if you are running a powerlifting program then the volume might be too low to give you a pump.

There is no stim effect or extra energy effect from products like this. So you wont feel anything like that.

Agreed with this. A lot of it is diet dependent for the amount of pump I get during my workout. For example if I was carb heavy the day before or a couple meals before my workout then my pump is going to be on point for sure!
 
Has anyone tried muscle beach pumping iron? 5g of total nitrates

ArA, Epichaos, and Ursa major. the 3 on their own or in combination are really good pump enhancers folks tend to forget.

Not to mention you may benefit from the fact that those three are actually anabolic to a degree. A pump is nice but for most of us actual tissue growth is the end goal.

OP 1.5g of a decent pink salt or Real Salt with 20-30g of carbs in your pre can make a world of difference. Add 2-4 tbsp of glycerin for even more pump.

I have also found that some pump ingredients take a little longer to hit than the stims in pres. You may benefit from taking a hour prior vs immediately, play around with the timing.

My 1st round of ursa I started a new pump product. I didn't realize thst it was actually the ursa doing the work and not the pump product until I ran out of ursa. Smh

seconding this. 2mL of ursa major gave me a forearm pump from shaking a protein shake today lol.
