I love pulsing & have had good results with it. I've always done pre/post wo split of dosage. You might want to bump up the epi to 45 & stick to 3 times/wk. just my thoughts.
Thanks for the reply I think I will stick to 30 for ~2 weeks or so and see how it goes..... I work out everyother day fullbody workoust so I will stick to 3-4 times a week.
