So let's say on monday I take, 2 caps am 1 cap pm and on Tuesday I take 1 cap am & 1 cap pm then on Wednesday I repeat what I did Monday it'd be a bad idea?
Yes, bad idea. Pulsing can only be done with a compound of an 8 hr half life. 10 hrs at the most. Epi, SD, DMZ, Ultradrol, all of those are pulseable compounds.
