I didn't have luck with Ralox till I ran an AI with it, then it started to really work. The glad will def shrink, but the receptors are still there so it's easy for it to come back

I assume that Ralox lowers estrogen overall, and the reason the AI helped was because it stopped the conversion of various things in to estrogen, therefor allowing Ralox to bind uninterrupted to the glands due to having lower than normal estrogen and no way for your body to really make more to compete
