I have been getting some great ideas from AM members on puffy nipples /gyno issues lately, thanks everyone! My story is this. Had gyno surgery about 10 years ago, stopped working out, got fat , lazy, married, had kids, etc.. now that I'm almost back to my college weight the only fat I seem to be carrying is in chst area, When nipples are not erect I look like I have gyno etc.. Anyway, I grabbed a bottle of something called Skulpt today at a local nutrition store. It says it contains 6-oxo (estrogen blocker) + yohimbe etc.. Not sure if this is a true transdermal, you spray it on etc.. Has anyone heard of it or used it? Thanks everyone.
