In most cases, gyno developed in puberty can only be reduced or removed by surgery. A lot of times it goes away on its own over the years, but if its still around years and years after puberty, the only real solution is surgery. Most of the supplements and research chemicals out there that help treat gyno are for people that have fun a cycle. Those products are more of a preventative than a solution to gyno.
Then again, this is just what i've learned from researching myself. Everyone responds differently to different compounds. I've heard some people having success using letro, which is commonly used in PCT. Do some research, maybe that'd be something you'd want to try
