Pubertal Gyno and a few tropicals

Yo guys, have a question here regarding gyno and mild ph tropicals.
As long as I remember myself I always had a minor issue with gyno since puberty, I'm 28 at the moment and still am experiencing this with no difference whether I'm low body fat, or not.
I'm going to run 8 week of Ultra Hard followed by 4 weeks of Sustain Alpha.
Do you think it can cause a little discomfort?
Maybe there is some estrogen blocker you could suggest?

Oh, I have not have any experience with 6-oxo, neither did I even hear about it, haha

UH is mildly antiestrogenic. I wouldn't run any AI with it. Arimahex is cool, but I'd rather run it in pct in this case. Should actually be a good fit on pct. Or even after the SA to get a little boost in DHT and performace and keep things rolling.
