Day 29 "someday... "
Fri - 1/26/2007
Full Body + Cardio

Thoughts:

3 - HyperDROL
4 - MASS FX
2 - Caffeine

Can't stop right now cause I'm too far
can't keep goin'cause it's too hard

In the day in the night it's the same thing
On the field on the block it's the same game

if you stop then it's no pain
but you can't feel pain then it's no gain

Rearrange and you change and it's all bad
try to maintain but you fall back

And you crawl and you slip and you slide down
Wanna make it to the top better start now

So I hold my soul and I die hard
All alone in the night in the graveyard

Someday one day I'm gonna be free
and they won't try to kill me for being me

Someday we gonna rise up on that wind
you know... someday we gonna dance with those lions
Someday we gonna break free from these chains
.....and keep on flyin'

If you know how this is
Gonna see it's not that easy
Don't stop get it til it's done
From where you are or have begun

I said keep on try a little harder
to see everything you need to be
Believe in your dreams
That you see when you're asleep

- Flipsyde

The day (week ?) from hell... generally stressed as ****... no need to go into detail really. Just have to stay on point, focused, and reject negativity. In another time, I would have mentally given in to the bullshiat that's for sure. That's one area where the military really pays off... it makes you very strong mentally... let's see what else...

Fatsalad's log is a inspiration and I hope he wins the grand prize... he's da man !!

Cardio:
45 min
Incline Treadmill

Gym:
Leg Ext warmup:
5 x 20
Leg Curl warmup:
5 x 20
Calves:
5 x 20

Warmup felt VERY light...

Squats:
225 x 20

Switch Grip Lat pulldowns:
4 x 12
4 x 12

Pec Deck / Rear Delts:
3 x 15
3 x 15

Speed Deads:
8 x 4

Incline DB Flye w/extreme stretch:
3 x 15

Incline BB Bench:
135 x 15
225 x 12
245 x 8
265 x 6

Definately felt better / lighter than usual and with no pain at all.. I think I was just in the zone. Got complimented on my form twice, AND got more stares than usual. I think it's the improved vascularity... either that or the crazy look in my eyes when I'm pissed off / stressed out...

BB Curls:
115 x 15
135 x 12
135 x 10

Nothing too crazy here.. strength varies quite a bit but pumps were amazing.

Keep it up, PT! The END is in sight, man! then maybe we can get you on that Delta-1!!!!!! :jaw:

that should excite you!

It's been a pretty wild 30 days, and the last couple of weeks especially have been tough... but it isn't supposed to be easy. Got a massage today and she said that I look much leaner, so we'll see what the photos show.

Next up: Full review, with before/after photos and before/after bloodwork...so stay tuned !

A- is waiting paitiently for bloodwork results also as naysayers and haters are always making sure AX stays on top with their cynicism. Carry on.:bb:

Lethargy

Any ideas why you're experiencing the lethargy from the supps? I noticed in your original bloodwork that your cortisol was somewhat high/normal. Could it be related there somehow?

This is an excellent log, btw!

Day 31
Sun - 1/28/2007

Thoughts:

Had a coule extra HyperDROL.. took those today.

More importantly, puffy / sensitive nips continues (sensitivity = worse... puffiness = about the same).... don't know 100% if it's prolactin related or not, because I still don't have my bloodwork results.

Post HyperMASS plan of action:

Week 1: Retain + Restore
Week 2: If improvement... continue with Retain + Restore.. if no improvement, taper up 6OXO (600mg / 900mg / 900mg)
Week 3: If improvement... thank my lucky stars and continue... if no improvement = Epistane
Week 4: TBD :(

Huge lesson learned here (I should have added Retain), and hopefully others can learn from my mistake:

Hey PT, I haven't read about anyone else having the puffy/sensitive nipple issue unless I totally overlooked it. Do you think it's just a fluke in your situation, one of those things, or what? Looking back, what do you think about running Retain as suggested as the Ultiumate Cycle with this stack?

Retain would have been a great idea IMO... wish I would have.

Day 37 "FINAL REVIEW !!"

Summary:

First things first.... I'd like to say thank you to the entire Anabolic Xtreme Team for selecting me to be one of the first to try out this combo. Keep up the good work guys !

Wow... what a month it's been on so many levels. One ex-girlfriend wants me dead, the other wants to have my baby (and nothing more). Bills go up, cars break down, friends turn on you, and haters NEVER stop hatin. I work one full-time job and one part-time job to "make it".... stress kills... and it's out to get me every day.

I hit the gym with intensity, and on top of that I put my body through cardio sessions from hell again and again (because let's face it... I'm heading into my 30's now and conditioning is damn important) and like most of you, I'm always looking for something to LEGALLY give me that EDGE... to take my lean gains to the Xtreme... ENTER the Ultimate Cycle from Anabolic Xtreme.

Invalid Link RemovedInvalid Link Removed

The HyperDROL™ + MASS FX™ combo delivers results as advertised in my opinion. I say this not because my before / after photos are dramatic (what do you expect for a 30 day period), but because of a feeling. It's a feeling that you can't capture in photos and you can't even put a price on, and it hit me when I was working delts the other day. Basically it was this day that I was convinced that this combo was helping to keep me going... one more set... pushing the limits AND recovering faster, which in my opinion is the real key. I noticed improved recovery, especially on back-to-back cardio days. I was really able to push the limits, and my conditioning improved noticably.... to the point that I feel I've already won the grand prize. The comments I get in the gym tell me more than any before / after photos ever could.

Thanks again to everyone for their support, questions, pm's, and numerous, numerous emails. My main additional suggestion to users who are going to read this summary and skip the rest, would be to run the complete Ultimate Cycle (HyperDROL™ + MASS FX™ + Retain™) and plan on running it over a longer period of time.

AWESOME results and review, 'cept for the nips.....

hope that gets better! bloodwork still coming?

on-cycle bloodwork is in but it's weird and I'm talking to Dr. D about it... see BB.COM thread for details. Nips are improving fo' sho and I'm pretty damn happy 'bout it. !!

First and foremost I would like to say great detailed log, even with all the hardships you’ve endured this month! Most people would whine and *****, even possibly shut down if they dealt with the aforementioned drama, and they surely wouldn’t complete a perfect log that leaves nothing in the shadows. I always enjoy reading your logs, here and on BB.com.

Second, there is definitely a noticeable difference in those pics, you have a stronger taper and are more defined. Great job on slimming up in the waist and gaining LBM to go with it. That is what we are all after anyways.

Lastly, I would still love to see the final bloodwork from this stack! The only data I didn’t understand was the biceps measurements?

Best log so far in 07!!
:head:

Holy shiat..LOL... wrong data range for the bi's flexed.

Code:
		Week 1	Week 2	Week 3	Week 4	Week 5

Bi unflexed: 17.25	17.5	17.5	17.25	17.25
Bi flexed: 17.75	17.75	18	17.75	17.75

I am loving this log I have to agree one of the best I have seen in along time!

Thanks again man !

I'm happy to report that nip sensitivity is GONE now :bruce3:

PU always does a great log. You can always count on that! PU, I have heard that Raloxifene and Cabegoline really do an awesome job getting those puff puffs gone. I have seen first hand someone that tried it for a few weeks and it pretty much vanished. Just a thought.

Anyway, great log bro!

Someday I hope to do logs as good as this. But I doubt I'll ever be able to refrain from talking about irrelevant crap.

I'm growing kiwis this year but usually the Seattle summers aren't long enough to fully ripen the fruit. So, you take all your harvested kiwis and seal them up with some apples or bananas. The addition of apples/bananas releases ethylene gas which spurs the not-fully-ripe kiwis to finish ripening.

... yeah, sorta like that. :D

i don't know if i would admit on a public board that you are a "kiwi farmer" :toofunny:

i am sure we can arrange something, aeternitis! ;)

Don't lie! You know you want some of my kiwis!

Seriously though, I do plan on running a MFX/HD-X2/Retain cycle coming up... most likely May or June after I do some other logs/reviews and cut to 8%.

You should move out to the Eastern side of the state, the summer is plenty long out here!

Did you know in many places in Eastern WA you can't plant any new apple trees? It's because the ground is so toxic with pesticides and other pollutants. Only the trees that have grown-up accustomed to the chemicals can grow there. The old saying "The solution to pollution is dilution" didn't quite work out.

One day of voting left... thanks to the few that voted for me. I will try and find a way to improve my log / reviews for next time.

:good:

i wouldn't take it as a reflection on the way you log, PT! I think you do VERY good/informative logs!

Great log first off. Probably the best I ever read.

My problem is not posting the blood work. Blood chemistry is non biased, non opinionated. It is just what it is. I understand you don't want to fuel any fires and there is a chance that you are a non responder (which so far doesnt appear to be the case) but I thought the whole point of this log was to review the product in it's entirety. According to your log it definetly works and I am going to give it a shot to form my own opinion. I just do not see the benefit to the community to not post the bloodwork.

All the research I have found is that 3,4 Divan... DOES bind to SBHG in many many studies so I have confidence in the product assuming it contains the ingredients on the label and I am sure it does. I am just baffled by the response you gave when asked why you would not post your blood work on BB.com. Simply to not be in a contraversy. Well it wouldn't be you starting any contraversy. You are simply posting blood work results. There should be nothing to hide. An unchanged lab work up is not as bad as hiding results. When there is something to hide then that means there is a very likely case of something negative not being said. I mean that is the only possible assumption, if not then why hide it?
