Woke up feeling lethargic again, but muscle fullness is up. I decided to power through this workout, but I would have been better off with a stim stacked with my WRAATH... regular caffeine whatever. Day 14 "it's wartime !":

Pretty sore and lethargic (once I get the blood flowing, I'm good), but I'm liking what I see. The changes in the mirror so far are subtle but noticable. Macros suffered a bit due to some delicious chinese food, but I'll be right back on track tomorrrow.

Very pumped and vascular after cardio... loving it. Energy levels were down most of the day, but sleep was almost instant when my head hit the pillow... very nice.

I was prepared for the possibility of some lethargy... maybe it's because I try and push the limits when I feel a boost (like from HyperMASS). I experienced similar lethargy on 6OXO and JW... actually it was much worse on 6OXO (but I was also only around 190lb at the time).

Libido is still up overall, but the spontaneous erections aren't as CRAZY as they were. :bruce1:

3500-4000 cals (might increase to 4000-4500 during week 2 ?)
45/35/20 (very pleased with this)

Thoughts / Sides:

- Stretchmark on my right delt ! Hell yea !
- Noticable "on" feeling
- VERY thirsty
- VERY deep / restful sleep

- Improved vascularity and "pumps"
- Small difference in body comp (most noticable after cardio)

- Aggressive and easily pissed off

- Definately feeling a boost on the last few sets
- Still notice the "on" feeling
- Sore due to being able to push myself harder
- Noticable "on" feeling
- Strength is up around 5-10%
- VERY, VERY thirsty
- Deep / restful sleep continues... wake up lethargic and sore.. any suggestions from previous HyperMASS users ?
- Subtle but noticable gains so far. Was talking on another forum about this. On my 240lb frame it can be difficult to see +4lb

Dude, I used to work for a chinese restaurant where the owner allowed me to eat as much food & drink as much as I wanted.

I always looked forward to Fridays since he cooked Sesame chicken. I would get free flow servings of sesame chicken :woohoo:

ya man, chinese food will do that to you. once i ate an egg roll, i had an erection for 3 days straight. . . lol jk, but i did have serious lethargy with 6-oxo as well. i would take it "before bed" as in 30 minutes later, no matter when i took it, i was sleepin' good. and ya,i had the same effect when i did a cycle of hd/retain. except i'd try to power through the lethargy, sometimes i could, sometimes i couldn't. my dosing would have my first cap at bfast with some sort of stim, whether it be coffee or venom or stimx, 2 hrs before i worked out so the first dose of hd was basically covered by the stim so i didn't fall back to sleep after munching, then about 2 hours after i worked out, i'd dose on after a very light p/w meal.. extensive exercise combined with tight macros lead to some serious hyperdroool... when my i'd take a 30 minute powernap in my car between classes.

****in a... one of my co-workers has strep throat. Hoping that this is totally unrelated. Having some deep sleep and great dreams... I'm staying positive too... HAVE TO. Still dosing Vitamin C, Tea, and Garlic. Still definately not 100% but the stack is having a noticable effect still. Vascularity may actually be improved right now, despite feeling like hammered shiat. Just gotta keep on keepin on.... I'm down BUT NOT OUT !! Cardio feels great BTW, readers might think that the lethargy is making cardio torture... NOT AT ALL, it's awesome and I feel great DURING and after cardio. It's the rest of the day that's f'd.

I hear that ! It's totally worth it so far, and even a basic stim like caffeine helps BIG time. I also feel fortunate that I'm not experiencing the MASS FX headaches that others have been talking about.

Feeling a little better... still not 100% so less volume as you'll notice. I'm also hitting my lagging muscle groups first... pumps and vascularity are very good... the deep sleep and lethargy continues, but I "feel" as if my immune system is going to win, and I'll be 100% soon.

Also gripwork, stairs, and bandwork. Some VERY MILD cramping in my tris during bandwork, which was weird.

Cardio and rejecting all negativity are the only things keeping me going right now. I'm still feeling better than before, but still definately mentally and physically run down... let me know if there is a better way I can phrase this... run down is just the best description I can think of.. and it isn't overtraining since my training hasn't really changed. Appetite is actually decent, but I will be taking caffeine (or maybe StimX ?) during the day to keep me going... I'll try to note the timing and how much. StimX would be appropriate since this is a AX log.

I've heard that Hyperdrol is a natural product so to say. But what about Mass FX and would either be fine in a natural competition. Just wondering thanks for any reponse.

I'm thinking it would be ok, but testing protocol changes all the time... probably need to check with each specific organization, or with the AX Team. :bruce1:
