This has become my new favorite bar.. The T-Grip.. Great for building larger forearms and triceps.. I used this after my heavy dumbbell sets..

Incline Hammer Strength Press ( like its a surprise at all)
2 Plates Each Side 20 reps
3 Plates Each Side 15 reps
4 Plates Each Side 15 reps
5 Plates Each SIde 10 reps

I think that with the added scoop of Jack3d, it allowed me to exert more power and smash these warm-ups..

Set 1
Dumbbell Press
100 lbs for 20 reps
110 lbs for 20 reps
120 lbs for 15 reps
130 lbs for 10 reps

I didnt bring any wraps or even my KT tape with me this night.. so i was not able to run the rack like i normally would do.. i mentioned in the entry for the Iron Stack, that it was funny that the homie was trying to hog the 120 lbs doing half ass reps.. if you cant do full reps, dont touch the dang weights.

Set 2
T-Grip Press
135 lbs for 2 sets of 20
225 lbs for 2 sets of 15

this is the one that I encourage you all to try.. work your tris and your chest at the same time, and depending on the angle, you can work your forearm...

Set 3
Seated Dips
250 lbs for 4 sets of 20

This machine helps a lot for those with elbow problems..

Set 4
Dumbbell Flyes
50 lbs for 20 reps
60 lbs for 20 reps
70 lbs for 20 reps
80 lbs for 20 reps

I can normally go higher, but i wanted to hold the squeeze for about 4 seconds instead of 2.. you pecs feel a little more tighter than normal..

Set 5
Tricep Pushdown
290 lbs for 4 sets of 20

by this time, cable machines felt a little light.. i didnt want to over do it, so i kept the reps fairly low..

Cardio
15 minutes on the bike
 
no rain yet. haha.. still freakin hot.. haha... hopefully it will cool down a little while.. my bald head be getting a tan.. haha

decided to do a little pyramid.. the pump from the hammer was still there and i felt great adterward..

i used to the inner grips to maximize the squeeze and work a little tris

the gym was busy so i just decided to end my workout here.. speed was a factor here.. i wanted to see how much i could do before my elbow started to hurt..

i use a wider grip that the one provided.. it works the lats more

Set 3
V-bar Pulldowns
210 for 4 sets of 8

havent done this in a while.. felt a little weird, but i pulled it off..

Standing bent Over rows
100lbs for 15 reps
110lbs for 10 reps
120lbs for 10 reps
130lbs for 6 reps

I wanted to run the rack, but my grip was already going.. hate having baby hands..
