Pslin's endurance effects?

So I got my Pslin and my primary goal is to take it for endurance while grappling. I hope it won't make me too pumped. Some somes seem to do that. Anyhow, I just want to make sure I'm taking it right.

Should I try to dose it and eat closer to grappling or should I wait the usual 1.5 to 2 hours after eating before grappling?
I'm guessing the wait is fine and the endurance effects aren't short term.

Also, are the endurance effects noticable on day one or does it take a month?

Hey Scarpy how you been? I've learned the key to bjj is transition to position. I just purchased saulo's dvd set that i need to study.

I take Pslin and wait 15 minutes and eat 65 grams of oats and 40grams whey(blend raw oats with chocolate protein) with 3 grams fishoil and than grapple 1.5 hours later. You will instantly feel the difference but the real difference is 7-10 days down the road. You will recover quicker from every session and the engery that PSlin produces forces you to exercise. No way you can sit around on the couch after taking Pslin or AP.

You will not get pumped while grappling but the energy and endurance is real. YOu will get a nice full feeling but not a pump that will restrict movement.

Pslin is new energy technology.
 
I currently practice BJJ and have noticed increased energy while rolling, but more importantly MUCH better recovery. I'm glad I got this stuff, if all goes well I may have found a new staple...:)

Oh yeah, and I take it much the same...oats in my shake, 40 grams of whey and approx. 80 grams oatmeal reduced down in the coffee grinder.

The stamina aspect builds and recovery is amazing. In around week 3 you reach a nice pinnacle of performance.

Agreed. As a soldier my thing is more strength/endurance with (comparatively) little bulk. That, and the recovery aspects are welcome, since I don't heal quite like I did even ten years ago...
It's gonna be great to see where I'm at in a month's time. And I have three month's worth.:thumbsup:

I'd say unequivicably USP supps have made 40 nothing but a number to throw in the face of the 20 year old guys I work with as they fade away and fall asleep.

I will be ramping up endurance training for my first degree physical test in Kajukenbo. I am expecting P-Slin will be a valuable tool in the aresenal.

Yes. (Thank you! :D ) It will be interesting as I have been keeping the carbs on moderate/low side right now and leaning out some. ( I need more than some )

It will be a nice test for me to see if I continue to lose at the same rate while increasing carbs.

This is my off week from lifting. Should I still take it with my morning meals or wait untill next week?

Awesome man! Thanks! I've been good. Just got married and still rollin! Saulo, Marcelo and Carlos Machado DVD's are sweet man. Martin and some friends are starting an mma website. I told them to sell usp stuff there. They should be callin soon!
