There essentially the same thing with differences in dosages of certain ingredients as well as some ingredients. However AP is best for overall throughout the day meals (60 grams of carbs) where as P-Slin is awesome for larger more bad ass carb meals (like breakfast and pre workout.)

Ideally they stack tremendously together (P-Slin before your w/o then AP with remaining carb meals,) but if you can't afford it depends on what you are looking to achieve with it and also your diet.

Both AP and P-slin are great. He hit it well though so ill just reiterate that you should pick one depending on several factors(if you can't get both). AP is better for helping daily and P-slin is really blasts your workout into gear.
 
P-Slin is almost pure Corosolic Acid with a very high percentage of Tannins. It's over-use could possibly result in hypoglycemia, which is why it is a one-dose-a-day product. Anabolic Pump, on the other hand, is formulated for consistent glucose regulation throughout the day.

If you had to choose one or the other, it would depend on your goals.

Overall body recomposition: Anabolic Pump
Pre/Intra/Post-WO Recovery and performance: P-Slin

Keep in mind these categories aren't necessarily mutually exclusive, simply that each product fulfills these respective categories to a greater degree than the other.
