Proviron Question

I was about to start a dbol/sustanon/winny cycle next month but due to a sudden unexpected lack of winny tabs, I got some proviron...

now I've done research on provirons, but still don't know too much about it....so my question is...

should I take the provirons at the same time as the d-bol/sust......or should I save it for the end of my cycle after I've taken all the d-bols...??

I know provirons help with the test and to keep estro levels down.........
so I guess what I'm asking is do I take them all at the same time or d-bol and test, then provirons then PCT.
sorry if I sound like a newbie, I'm really not I'm just confused what to do with proviron, I thought it was just taken just to keep estro down but I was told it will harden you also and add a few lean pounds in there.

OK bro thanks...that's the first straight answer I've gotten...
I'm not a newbie but other bros sure are making me feel like it by confusing me.....

some bros are saying if I take proviron I don't need clomid/nolva...

should I take it at at the same time as the dbols or after ?
