Proviron/AI stacked while on test cycle

you remember on the original TUF's where the guys would have to cut like 10 or 12 lbs or so....and they had 24 hours to do it, and they crumbled under the pressure and came up a few lbs short and quit...or just quit during the process LMFAO....they aggravated the shyt out of me....you're telling me you can't suffer for a day in order to make weight? ridiculous....I notice now, in the more recent years, there is no cutting weight ordeals...or at least nothing much...

That's mainly editing (e.g. the Reudiger cutting incident).

yeah that stuff was brutal :D......I guess they cut it out of there now unless it makes for good TV. With The new format they don't even show the antics in the house much either...mostly just fights and pre-fight training and fight picks and commercials. which is good, but its always fun to see the antics and the occasional struggle to lose water weight buy sweating in the sauna or riding the bike in heavy clothing...

My hardest cut was from 188 to 170. I was up to 193 the next day.

Damn. Don't they make pills for that? Make you pee out all your water? I cant even imagine how you'd do that.

How do you feel when your drop 18 lbs of water? Like the Tin Man needing oil?

Rx diuretics are banned. Dropping that kind of weight is mainly sauna time.

Those Bills fans are probably Southtowns dirtbags from Angola whose lives revolve around a team that was in their last Super Bowl before those guys were even born.

I'm from WNY. Sabres all the way!

Love the Sabres too. Was pretty disappointed this year in the entire season. Even their run. Sabres board seems to be more friendly although Ive never joined. I honestly don't even go to the bills board anymore. I just picture a bunch of fat old losers who've never played football in their life sitting on their computer thinking they are Vince Lombardi.

But to tie this back to AAS,

What ever happened with that sports writer making up that story about Merriman crossing the CA/US border with juice?

That actually sounds pretty dangerous. Do you monitor your body temp to make sure you aren't scrambling your eggs?

My friends dad was a bodybuilder. We snuck in his bathroom when we were 10 and each took a diuretic pill then ate m&ms and had a flex down. I came out to Mary mark - good vibrations. I think that's when I realized I didn't have what it takes to be a bodybuilder.

yeah if you used lasix like I mentioned earlier....you'd light up a drug test like a christmas tree LMFAO...that is top of the list in combat sports testing, you'd be better off trying to sneak some coke use in :D

Off the top of my head, it went like this (weigh-ins on Friday afternoon):
M, T, W: 3x sodium intake, 2x water intake
T: normal sodium intake, 1.5x normal water

16-18 hours prior to weigh-ins: zero food/water intake

Friday morning: black coffee, GTE, 2-3 potassium tabs
20mins light cardio in layers (HR ~120-130)
Sauna: 15-20 mins in sauna/5 mins out

I would always run outside and the TX heat would make me very accustomed to being outside in 100-105 degree heat. I never felt like I was going to overheat in the sauna when I did it properly.
